The only reason I'm giving it one star is because that's the less I can give it. They messed up the whole order after making me repeat it like nine times and still brought out a whole different order than what I said when I said something they seemed mad and did not offer to change it or anything

I went through the drive thru on a Monday for lunch around noonish we were the only car in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot..the gentleman take my order was polite and efficient. The woman who must have been the manager asked if she could give a pup cup to my dog,as I had brought my popch. The food came out hot and fresh...the order was complete and condiments were given...good job ya'll,keep up the good work...

Beware of the Indian chick at the window. She has a bad attitude, and isn’t generous with the toppings on the Blizzards. I gave them 3 attempts and boy was fooled. I insisted she remake the blizzard and she refused. She even completely forgot the graham crackers in my cheesecake blizzard. Terrible service folks!

Ordered in the app, missing onion rings, burger made wrong. It took 12 minutes to fix while the rest of the food melted and and got cold. Then it was still wrong, burger was completely plain. And worker tried to convince me that he was right, we were already very late and didn’t have time to explain or have them refix it yet again. The worker followed me to my car insisting he was right. By then, cold fries, melted blizzard. When I reviewed my order later in the app, I discovered they had made the wrong type of double burger- probably the one he was insisting I ordered. (The one I ordered had 2 types of cheese and all the veggies, we didn’t get veggies or 2 types of cheese but paid the extra $1 for it.) Disappointing. To top it off, sticker on the packaging slip/bag had a QR code to submit feedback to get a free treat but there was no survey code on the packing slip, the emailed receipt, or in my mobile app so I was unable to leave them feedback there.

Why did you serve me cold gravy with my chicken strips? And stop watering the gravy down, it is suppose to be thick. C'mon, you are not saving money if you lose a customer.
If I could give a negative 700 billion I would. Not once but twice we have tried to go here and it doesn’t seem staff is properly trained. We had to walk out both times due to lack of service. Management needs fired.

We stopped here after a traumatic dentist appt for my toddler. The staff was wonderful trying to cheer her up. Then they noticed I broke her dip cone and made us a new one without me even pointing it out. Fantastic service
