Me & my 2 boys stopped to try the new confetti dipped cone. 2 kids & 1 small. I watched him make the cones he handed them to us & we got to Culver's & the ice was dripping everywhere. I pulled over in the parking lot & we had to get out to eat the ice cream it was that melted not even a min after leaving with them. Thay were good but made a HUGE mess,the ice should've never been that melted.

I was really looking forward to the ice cream that I ordered but the wait times are absolutely RIDICULOUS AT THIS LOCATION!! More often than not I end up waiting so long after I order behind so many others that I just can’t wait any more! It’s supposed to be “fast food” but I don’t call 20 plus minutes sitting in a drive through lane for 2 ice creams fast at all! I do not recommend!
Had to leave and throw my food out because the flies inside the restaurant were so disgusting.

There have been probably about 10 to 15x over the last year that I’ve gone here to grab something for my wife and I. The usual is that they are out of chocolate ice cream. That doesn’t even surprise me anymore. Tonight, they couldn’t make 2 of the blizzards that were on their largest picture on the menu, but then they were also out of chocolate sauce AND marsh mallows, so they couldn’t make a third either. This place has gone WAY down hill since my wife and I met here 8 years ago. If you REALLY want to go there, I’d probably just start your order by asking what they actually DO have, and somehow creating your meal from whatever leftovers they list.Sadly, my advice is to stay away until you see a huge sign saying “new owners”. Culver’s is right up the street and is good. McDonalds is the opposite direction, but as we all know: their ice cream machine is, somehow, still broken…after all these years.

Today Saturday August 19th the employees of this location made fun of a young man with autism. When the manager was called later by the boys Mother the manager was rude. The parents of the kids that were working today need to be notified of their kids behavior. #zerotolerance#FreeDQforautismforlife

Food was good, service not so great, waited for 15min to get a fish sandwich and they gave me a burger. My wife is allergic to mammals so not so good.
