Great service. Did not have the item that I had originally ordered. Replace it And they are always super friendly.

Nasty place with bugs, rude workers and the donuts are old and dry. They didn't make my coffee right and refused to remake it. Tasted awful! Don't go here!

I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me a black coffee, I ordered a pumpkin frozen coffee but they gave me iced, I ordered a muffin but they never gave it to me. Very rude and angry employees. I keep contacting but can’t even get a refund

0 stars!!! We ordered a donut with sprinkles 10 munchies and 2 coffees 1 black 1 iced. She wasn’t paying any attention and tried to give me pumpkins munchies, gave us the wrong donut and no sprinkles and made 2 iced coffees! My husband returned his and said I do not drink iced coffee an I have a normal hot coffee no ice and she gave it back to us like this where she only scooped out the ice!!! Pathetic! I now understand why it’s so low rated!!!!

After reading the reviews, I am shocked the dark-haired woman missing teeth who is working the window still has a job. There are reviews from months back about this woman's poor behavior. I pull up to order, she says "what's your order?" No greeting. I tell her I'm checking out the menu, she says "I said what do you want to order?" I'm thinking okay she's rude but maybe she didn't hear me. I repeat, "I'm looking over the menu." She says again, more aggressively, "What is your order?" to which I reply, "I'm trying to decide." She said "Okay," and I thought that was the end of it. Once I knew what I wanted, I said I'm ready to order, and she said, "You're going to have to wait now." Umm okay. I have a Sheriff in line behind me and I wanted to purchase her meal. I wait a couple minutes, and keep in mind there isn't a long line and I don't even see a car ahead of me. I keep hearing the speaker clicking like she's there waiting for me. I speak up and tell her my order. She immediately responds, "I told you you're going to have to wait." This is absurd. I'm ticked at this point because she's wasting mine and the Sheriff's time now. I tell her I'm pulling forward. When I get to the window she says "No, I'm not doing this." I say I'd like to order a coffee and pay for the Sheriff behind me. She hesitates and says I don't need to worry about paying for the Sheriff and then proceeds to refuse service to me. She slams the drive thru window. I sit there baffled because I've never experienced this before. She comes back, opens the window, rolls her eyes, and says "You're still here?" I calmy try to explain to her I'm just trying to order coffee, but I guess she was on a power trip while working at a dead-end job. You can't refuse service like that unless you want to be faced with a lawsuit. That is discrimination. I am confident she will not have a job there soon. I will now stick to my go to coffee shop at Scouts!!

Went through the Drive-through after I finish my shopping this morning.. the Attendants name was Teresa and she was extremely rude .. got very angry when i didn’t know what I wanted right away..and when i got to the window i told her she doesn’t have to be so rude and instead of her simply saying I’m sorry like any adult would do she made another rude remark and handed my card back to me and told me to leave refusing my service.. I been in service 20 years and never treated a customer this way or been treated this way.

I fear my coffee was really bad today ??? I LOVE Dunkin so bad but today was NOT your day ?? really heart broken and disappointed that my coffee tastes like creek water? please do better next time??
The service is absolutely terrible! I don’t know her name but she is there every time I order and is absolutely rude. She looks like she hates life. The coffee is never consistent. It’s watered down coffee with either a ton of cream or very little. Also the drive through is over grown with weeds. I don’t know who owns this dunkin but they need to get it in order. It’s terriable.
