I never do reviews but I have to warn you guys.You want to come here?? DONT. RUN , RUN somewhere else. Drive to a different location immediately. Stop trying to save gas and save yourself sanity and go to a different location. Better yet go to the scooters in front. I have given this place so many chances. The people there are so rude (and so dumb). The only way you can work here is by failing a drug and IQ test. I don’t even know why this place is still running.. who is running this?? I’ve had horrible experiences in the past and this to me is the last.Went there for a promotion for free coffee and the guy looked at us like we immigrated from a different planet.We explained that we were scanning our code for a specific promotion, the free hot or iced coffee deal. He then tried to explain (by talking over me) that you can scan the QR code to get points and eventually you will have enough points to earn a free coffee “it will add up” he said.Looked at us and said “it’s $1 dollar for happy hour” we said “it is supposed to be free with the offer from the rewards I have the QR code here” and he said “it’s $1 dollar” he would have us believe that 1 dollar is less than 0.Finally he looked us dead in the eyes and said “you will get it eventually” like we were stupid and not understanding how the rewards worked.He didn’t even use the promotion at all in the end even though he scanned the QR code. The man never looked at the computer and never let us speak. High out of his mind. I am sure it was his first day at work (on earth).Looked at the receipt… he charged us for 3 coffees and we only ordered 2. Better yet he charged us for bag (3 bags) that the donuts came in. We only got one bag.. In the end we just happily payed 2 extra dollars to just drive away and never talk to him again. Someone check on this location my gosh.

Kathleen was rude. I would fire her immediately if I owned this place. Also the guy at the window. They gave us the wrong change, and showed nothing but disrespect in the process. I spend over 50 dollars here buying for multiple people but today that stopped. I have given them multiple chances but todays interaction showed me I won’t be anymore. I will never spend another dime at ANY Dunkin’ Donuts because they clearly don’t care enough about their customers to address this.

My daughter wanted a drink and some bagel bites, so we went through the drive thru. The woman very rudely asked me to speak up and continued to be rude throughout the transaction. After looking at the reviews for this place, I’m surprised upper management doesn’t come check in at this location. Being kind and polite while working with customers is a normal expectation, right?

I had never eaten anything at Dunkin and the menu looked really good. I ordered 4 what I thought was supposed to be hot meals/breakfast items. 2 were semi warm and 3 were semi frozen.

When I arrived, there was no one in line, and it appeared no customers in the store either. I pulled up to the speaker and was told that they were in the middle of a shift change, so I'd have to wait 5-10 minutes. I asked why since there was someone outside obviously taking a smoke break. She snapped back and rudely said well I'm trying to count this drawer, so I just left. I went across the street to Scooter's, got my coffee, and as I looked across the street, a guy was outside taking a smoke break. That means there were 3 people there working, and they were just being lazy when I got in line. Terrible customer service!

The staff currently working at Blue Springs Dunkin' Donuts was so rude. It was so bad that I will be taking my business elsewhere, which includes a weekly bulk order for my staff meetings. I would rather go a little further out of my way than to be treated so poorly! You have lost a great customer!

The girl taking my order was fantastic. Amazing customer service, but the man at the window was very rude . I seen him take atleast 3 smoke breaks (infront of customers), I work at my own food establishment, you're not supposed to smoke infront of customers. It's unprofessional & rude. I got to the window & it was nothing but disrespect from him. I understand we all have bad days, but considering they were slow enough for him to have three smoke breaks? It was uncalled for. Probably never coming back if hes working.

Went through the drive thru like normal. Girl taking order was rude. Got 3 drinks none of them were good. The food was hot and fresh though. It's usually really good and friendly so maybe yesterday was an off day. I'll still go back and hope for better next time.

I’ve only been to this location twice and both times I was treated as if they didn’t want me there. I got an evil glare from one of the girls inside the store. The second time I went I was told to wait to give my order. I waited about 3-5 minutes and tried to ask a question and was rudely told to wait. So I left and there was no other customer at the drive thru window. I cannot believe these employees are allowed to treat the customers this way. This location is probably glad but I will never give them my money again.

The staff are unbearably rude and the food is mediocre at best, usually my order is wrong. I’ve tried to give it another chance several times and it’s always disappointing. Don’t waste your money here.
