The food was exactly what I expected from Fazoli's. The service was great, though. Food came out quickly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We don't come out to Blue Springs often, but i would come here again!

I usually love Fazolis but tonight my was barely edible. The spaghetti tasted like it had sat in water for way too long. The marina and the meatballs were extremely salty. I don't know how the food is made there. Perhaps, the meatballs and sauce come to them pre-made then are just heated in the restaurant. I don't know why it tasted so different tonight. I will give them another chance.

I think my experience at fazolis was great! Food was amazing, Service was amazing, and the place was clean. Fazolis is a great place to go!!
