I received excellent, courteous customer service from every staff member during my visit. As someone who has to eat gluten free, it means so much to have options that make me feel “normal” again. Their gluten-free rolls are seriously amazing, and the food is always high-quality with generous portions for the price. Highly recommend!

Do not order from this location. I ordered delivery and it still said it was being made over an hour later (not during a busy time). So I called and they said they had made it, but that nobody had picked it up. When I asked how I should go about getting my food delivered, as I am 29 weeks pregnant and extremely sick at the moment, they said “we don’t control that, so you can come get it if you want!” I’m sorry, I ordered through YOUR website and you can’t make sure food is delivered? When I did get out and go get it because i wasn’t allowed to cancel the order, it was made wrong and soggy to the point of almost unedible. I was only able to eat around the outside where the bread wasn’t basically mush! This location is terrible!

This is our Family's Favorite Spot to get this type of sandwich. The HERO is mine and my husband's favorite. We have yet to have a bad experience with this location in Blue Springs. The bread is fresh and hot, the sandwich dressings are always fresh. This hectic errand day, turned into a HERO kind of day. 2 Hero sandwiches for me and the hubby!! Delicious!!

Usually have 0 issues here, but last night I was disappointed. Ordered a Thanksgiving sub, modified to be on wheat bread, add cheese, bacon, onion, and a side of gravy. Got white bread that didn't even appear to be toasted, no cheese, the bacon on one half of the sandwich was barely noticeable, and the other half the bacon was stringy and chewy, not crispy. But probably the worst part was the ICE COLD gravy!!! I was shocked to say the least. Not sure what happened here but I probably will not be back for a while.

This was my first time eating at this establishment and it won't be the last the subs are so good and so juicy.
The workers had a great disposition and attitude while the atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm, and the place was very clean.

Ok, so this place is awesome! I had accidentally placed an UberEats pickup order for the Sterling Ave location instead of this one. Uber support wanted me to pick up the order in Kansas City and wouldn’t refund me. The 2 gals here called the other location and had the order transferred here! I’m very appreciative of their service and will continue to come back!! Thank you!
