We ordered for delivery. My sub was all wrong. I requested not toasted, it was toasted. No mayo, just mustard, had mayo no mustard. Add cucumbers, no cucumbers. Add green peppers, no green peppers and banana peppers on half of the sandwich. My husband requested toasted, not toasted. Very disappointing. Since this was our first time ordering from here, it will probably be the last.

Friday, 11/22, I called placed an order for a deluxe platter that feeds 10 people for a business lunch late that afternoon. I had a few customizations for condiments on the side. As always Firehouse Subs was able to exceed expectations. There were many compliments on the presentation and freshness of the food. I highly recommend and will definitely be back again. Thank you!

They have got my order wrong THREE times now. I don’t know why I bother. The independence location is alot better.

Ordered the brisket and I understand brisket has fat but making half the sandwich just fat is insane to me.

What a joke tried for lunch and was rudely told just so you know it's a 20 minute wait. This is a sandwich shop at lunch during the work week. It seemed busy but not 20 minutes for a sandwich busy. What angered me the most was the attitude. The way I was told about the wait said go away we don't want your business. It shouldn't take more than 5-7 minutes tops for a sandwich.

Have ordered online two weeks in a row because I love club on a sub. Always get extra bacon both times paid stent get and bacon not cooked and sandwich not even hot.
