What is going on at this location? Slow drive through every time, food is barely warm and sloppy. Ketchup all over the wrapper and I didn't even have ketchup on any items. Been twice this month, same experience each time.

Got a hamburger to go from this location. The burger was unedible. I think the mayo was bad. Contacted customer service who forwarded my complaint and refund request to the local leadership team who just ignored the email. Shame I went to this location often and gave them a good review 2 years ago. I guess the place is going downhill. Plenty of other places intown to get a hamburger from that actually want my business.

They were out of plates and graveyard bowls. Didn't get full order or eating silverware. Enjoyed the candied bacon.
I got wrong food and the girl at the window dropped my card on the ground and laughed and thought it was funny. If your going to work in customer service that is not how you act.

Came for dinner and got chicken strips, burger and hot ham cheese. All the food was made besides the chicken strips….. so now seeing my food just sit there for an ever, the only hot thing was the chicken strips. Waited a good 15 minutes and not busy at all. Won’t be back. I’ve gave this place multiple tries and more bad experiences have happened than good. Shake because I absolutely loved Hardee’s as a kid and as time as gone by, it’s just gotten worse over time how workers seem to not care like they use to.

Went through Hardee’s location on seven Highway and 40 in blue Springs one of my favorite spots I dealt with Damani! Not only was he helpful and courteous, but he was fast on my order with a smile on his face way to go thanks for all you do🤗
