I came to this place with my husband and son to eat. I waited three minutes for them to take our order while they were laughing in the back kitchen. When someone finally came to the front, they didn't have the courtesy to ask what we needed; they just turned their back on us and acted like we didn't exist. We simply left. 0% customer service

Cashier Jennifer was fantastic. It has been a long time since dealing with someone in fast food that seemed to like their job. She even brought my food to me instead of just putting it on the counter and yelling my name. Place was clean and food came out fast.

Last weekend was horrible. Thought I would try it again horrible again food cold sitting in the drive-through for a simple Hardee’s breakfast for 20 minutes. Employee would barely open the window to hand me my card. absolutely will not come back.
I always order the Monster Burger no Mayo! 2 out of three times I get Mayo all over it and instead of curly fries I get regular fries. They don’t listen! Hardee’s is my favorite restaurant and I’m about to stop going to Hardee’s all together. In the mornings on Saturday and Sunday you will wait 20 minutes to get through the drive through and that’s with every 3rd car driving off. If they had proper help and some sort of organization they would get a third more business on the weekends. After driving back to the restaurant because my dinner order was completely wrong the only person in the store tells me at 8:30 that they are closed. I didn’t get my order corrected or my money back.

My BlueSprings Hardee's in Blue Springs we're awesome. The management was so nice and the crew works so hard. The restaurant itself was so clean you can see your reflection. Have you ever come to Blue Springs go to the Hardee's restaurant in Blue Springs Missouri. I will go again and again and again.
