Update: I have a love/hate relationship with this location. The food is usually good but the service is sooooo slow. I stood inside one day and watched. No sense of urgency from the kitchen staff. The manager needs to manage, not react.AND HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BISCUITS?........Super slow drive thru service and lack of order accuracy. The burgers taste really good, when prepared as requested, but the curly fries have not been edible in 3 visits. The assistant manager was more worried about making excuses instead of acknowledging that they need to do a better job.

We had 1 sandwich made incorrectly but it was corrected quickly after i pointed it out . They other and this one were delicious however the crispy curls were not. Not hot or fresh tho some seemed not too bad they were mixed with others that werent good at all

Lets try Hardee's for Breakfast I said and boy I had flashbacks from the Gladstone location. First we were not approached to take our order we had to flag this kid down who seemed like he was high we had to repeat order several times. We got our food and noticed other orders were coming in with mistakes and issues. We sat down and my wife's burrito was all egg and cheese there was no meat and it was cold. My breakfast was ok the bacon was way overcooked as well as the eggs. She went to the counter to get assistance and the manager had his back to the registers and would slightly turn his head make eye contact and turn around again. He did this numerous times and NEVER addressed any customer unless he was forced to. The High kid wandered over ans she explained the burrito was not correct and he talked to the manager who grabbed a burrito off of the rack after mumbling to someone and handed it to the kid to give to my wife. It was still incorrect. we ate anyway and made the choice to bypass this spot for breakfast for a while.

I really enjoy Hardee’s food. I’ve that they offer things you can’t get elsewhere.. their service was a little meh. The lobby was closed at 8am on a Sunday morning, but there was no sign up on the door to indicate that or to tell you the drive thru was still open. We did manage to get our meal from the drive thru and it did taste pretty good but it was a 20 minute wait.

Customer service goes a long way. We wasn't greeted coming in, even after my husband and I both greeted him. We placed our order and the manager almost made us feel like we was interrupting his day or something. The store and drive through was not busy so it wasn't because the store was slammed. I will return to a place a million times for good customer service. I will not return if I feel like I was an inconvenience for you to do your job.

We had burgers and fries, and I tried the panko fish. We arrived a little after 1pm, so after lunch a little. The burgers were okay, and they got them all right, so thumbs up! The fries were, frankly, gross. Overcooked, reheated, and the oil tasted overused or overheated, almost bitter. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the only thing I saw out of place was a trash can out of the cabinet with no liner in it. The fish (for Easter) was freshly cooked but had a tiny dot of sauce on it, so it was extremely bland. It was a good size, but it's like a larger McD's fishwich, minus the cheese and tartar sauce.

Made a mobile app order and went inside to pick it up. Waited at least five minutes at the counter, with employees walking past me ignoring me, before someone asked me if I needed help. They couldn't find the mobile order in their system and simply shrugged and said they couldn't find it.. no attempts to reconcile my order or try to help me were made. Pretty disappointed with my experience here today.

Same guy on the speaker the last three times I have been there. I ordered a vanilla shake and was told they are out of ice cream all three times.I am beginning to think that one guy is too lazy to make them, but regardless this has been three times! I wrote a complaint to corporate and never heard ¹back from anyone in the company.

First off, the breakfast here is always good. It's what Hardee's does best. Second, I wish Karen would chill a bit. I feel she has the mindset that no one can do as good a job as her so she will just do it all herself. It's a bit off putting as someone who has several years food service experience and managers with her attitude are the exact reason people leave.
