The online grocery ordering needs a serious revamping. I became a Plus member but the perks aren’t worth it. The 2 hr order time is more like 3-4 hrs, which is fine but don’t advertise 2 hrs as a perk if you never can fulfill that. The wait times at pickup are starting to get ridiculous. I understand that there are staffing issues but when every car around me has come & gone & other cars are arriving long after I’ve been waiting & getting their orders & I’m still sitting & waiting, it’s a problem. I’m continually told they’re short staffed. That doesn’t account for why they don’t have a system to track when ppl arrive in what order. I thought that’s why we check in on the app. There have been times I’ve arrived & it’s not very busy but no one comes up to my car for 15-20 min & I see them sitting in the trailer playing on their phones. Hy-Vee used to be my fav store but sadly, their grocery ordering mess of a service has ruined it for me. I’ve reached out to mgmt before but nothing gets any better. Paying for a Plus membership at this point was a waste of $$.

For shopping yes. For dining in the Wahlburgers no. Saturday 12/4/21 10:30 AM I went in for breakfast. The table that I was escorted to was dirty & so were the other two that I tried to seat my self at. the dining room room only had two other customers there & they were at the same table. No signs of previous customers like dishes, cups & etc. My first table had a used napkin & a lot of crumbs. The second & third table had crumbs. One table had the "Sanitized for you" sign on it. I found that to be hilarious & wondered if the crumbs had been sanitized as well. I was a bit disgusted by the time the server came to ask me if she could bring me anything. I could only say "no thank you" & quickly made my exit. Love the grocery store but it's highly unlikely that I will dine at your Wahlburgers again.

There is a serious issue with the Aisles Online service. Not only do they never have stuff “ready” by the window you select they are never actually ready when you get the ready text. Multiple times now we get a “ready” text a couple hours after our window and send back a text like they ask saying we are on the way. Then we get there and text here and talk to the workers outside who say we don’t have that out here, but the van should bring it soon. We then have that same conversation multiple times and call the store to get no help and wait an hour+ with no order. Do they know what ready means or is the whole system just broken? We are trying to avoid going into the store for long periods of time since our kids can’t get vaccinated, but we are running out of options when the store can’t get their service in order.

Not even the employees are wearing masks!!! What?! I was told that they don't have to enforce it. Numbers are climbing. Now there are different mutations, and no one knows if the shot will even cover them. So now the whole store is potentially infected. Shopping elsewhere. Previously liked shopping here, but pretty is as pretty does. This place isn't smart enough to sell me food.

I stopped by here to get a couple of grilled burgers to go. I waited forever to be helped or even recognized by staff. The burgers were way overpriced and were not that great of quality for the length of time it took and how they tasted.

This restaurant is a surprise touch of elegance in the corner of Hi-vee grocery store. We tried it and had breakfast late in the morning. They were still serving anything on the menu! I have to say the eggs Benedict were extremely astounding! They had to have a chef from a top restaurant because that is a dish that takes culinary skill. Ut was excellant, so much so we have went back several times and every meal is enjoyable with a wait staff that works very hard to please. So if you are looking for some exquisite cuisine, pass by all the expensive places in K C and try the Market Grill, I promise you will not be sorry.

There were 4 of us that went hyvee last Sunday after church for brunch We had been there a few times in the past with mixed emotions. The food has always been good but seemed somewhat pricey We went last week and not only was food excellent but price had been reduced. Only $8.99 if you are over 55 The usual egg dishes - bacon- sausage- has brown casserole which was awesome- prime rib/ shrimp- and cooked to order omelette The the dessert was cheese cake factory desserts which were superb Definitely worth a second try if or firstvifbyou have never been there

I always order my children's graduation and birthday cakes here! They are fantastic and the bakery is fast and efficient! I highly recommend them!
