I think two other people I know back in the deli are named Crystal and Olivia? These deli clerks always seem glad/excited to see me, love to chat and they've even memorized not only what I typically buy whenever I come back there, but also how I like my deli meat cut!
The cashiers whose lines my mom and I go through whenever we are there have been awesome as well.
Grate service, communication and conversation with these people!

hyvee takes employees money,hyvee is price gouching, now they don't take debit card for money orders,no one carries that much cash,ITS NOT SAFE,IM DONE WITH HYVEE

It has been an Amazing Day at HyVee Blue Springs. Ayanmo Lemonade is a new vendor and we have had a warm reception for the employees and management staff. Hopefully we will have a long lasting relationship with this store.

Overpriced! Customer service at it worst. Self checkouts very dirty and yes even the screens. Trash outside was over flowing. Courtesy clerks getting carts off the lot, not paying attention when bringing them in. Since when do we allow employees on their phones and AirPods in their ears on the sales floor ? Kuddos to Jasmine in Dairy. She is alway working really hard and goes above and beyond! Pharmacy department needs and overhaul. Sat in the drive thru for 15 min not once was I acknowledged. I hit the call button, only for her to have an attitude. (Will be switching where I have my scripts filled). Might also suggest that you check the rotation and dates on products in the meat department. I. E. Hot dogs, cheese and lunch meat. The date I shopped, numerous expired products. I don’t care if if you have less help etc… expired food should never happen on the shelf. Teach and train and set those expectations. I could go on about my recent trip, however, I’d rather not. Just a suggestion, but I would have a courtesy clerk check the bathrooms regularly, like on the hour.
I dont think the bar opens till dinner, came in for a beer and wings at lunch time and nobody at the bar. I think you'd be better to advertise the place more then closing ur slow hours down. It seems like a competency issue at corporate but hard to tell without a deep dive.

I stopped by here to get a couple of grilled burgers to go. I waited forever to be helped or even recognized by staff. The burgers were way overpriced and were not that great of quality for the length of time it took and how they tasted.
