Absolutely screwed more than half our tables food up and still charged us full price. Had to have more than two meals remade twice. And still messed up yet again... Manager on duty/ server had an additude the entire time and said we were wrong about everything. Atrocious. Never coming here again. If I could post 0 star I would! Worst place ever!

Food was excellent, however numerous tables weren’t bussed and the bathrooms needed attention both times I’ve been there. This time, bathroom was out of soap in both dispensers yet the sign said it had been cleaned today (Wednesday), tomorrow, and the next day… weird…

Every time we go to this ihop we have a great experience. Ask for Justin! He was so attentive and well mannered. All the other servers are wonderful too! Everyone has a positive attitude and make a welcoming environment to enjoy your food. Food is always fresh and coffee is on point. This will continue to be our go-to ihop.

Literally just walked out after the worst service ever.
I came on my lunch break from work. I ordered the bacon, ranch, avocado burger. Waitress after about 20 minutes tells me the kitchen staff messed up my burger and undercooked it, so she had them remake it.

Burger finally comes out and the bun is a dark brown color from being over cooked, and the bottom bun is crunchy. (Almost would of preferred a hockey puck, because I could atleast play with it.) Wound up pulling thr meat completely off the bun to eat it, and then barely touched the fries because they we hot (surprisingly) downside is they were also somehow not cooked right.

While I am signing the receipt, because I am not going to just leave (God knows I wanted to.) Another patron is walking around looking for someone so he can pay. At 1 point in time he walks into the kitchen, and and starts asking where everyone is.

I honestly feel I should of just walked out, because clearly there was no sense of anyone caring about the people dining in or our food.

Quite Literally, the NICEST IHOP I've ever been to. Our waitress was happy, smiling and full of information about the menu. Our busser was fantastic as well!! We will definitely be back!

Well we sat there 20 minutes before they realized our order didn’t get placed. Waited another 20 for the food. It arrived lukewarm, the server spilled half the fry’s on the table. Terrible service!! At checkout they ran our card and said I’ll be right back, we ended up taking our receipt and leaving. A return visit not probable with this type of experience.

I was pretty disappointed, the waitress was friendly, took my order the food was luke warm more on the colder side, my chicken strips were burnt, my waitress no where to be found i stood up twice looking for her or any waitress, finally go the attention of one she took the chicken back, my original waitress came by said they are remaking them, I asked for a napkin, didn't get one until after my chicken strips came out. No offer to refill my drink, until after i was done eating, the chicken strips had no flavor. The place wasn't busy, should have better training for waitresses being more aware of customers.I think ihop is best at making breakfast. When I did pay my waitress did give me a 10% discount. I'm not mad, but u think I will stick with breakfast if u come back.
