There seems to always be a 15 or 20 min delay when I pick up an order. But they are very friendly and polite, its just....as a door dash driver, I litteraly don't get paid to wait around like that, and the customers don't tip more if I end up having to wait. It's an inconvenience.

This place needs some attention to cleanliness. There were cigarette butts on the floor, trash everywhere, rips in the booth seats and bathrooms were a mess.

Went there for a Christmas breakfast, excited to get to have a nice meal for the holiday, oh was I mistaken. Went in for seated, was asked to move seats due to a bigger party, then proceeded to take 20 minutes just to ask for drinks, then another 10 before asking about our order, meanwhile the bigger party got prioritized (due to bigger tip probability), and to make it all worse, I only got HALF of my food while the server didn’t even come to check on us a SINGLE TIME, so we couldn’t even let her know we didn’t have all of the food we ordered. They then proceeded to take a measly $3 off our check and still had to pay for the food we didn’t receive. Merry Christmas to us I guess.

I didn’t dine in, but picked up an online order. The server Bailey, despite having a not super pleasant day, was very nice, helpful, prompt, and kind. her attitude itself makes me want to dine at this location more often.

Ordered take out from here and ate here. Both times they messed my food up, the takeout time I was never contacted about getting a refund or replacement for my food
Upon entering the restaurant and being greeted by the hostess, I witnessed a server by the name of Evelyn approach the hostess and getting right up in her face while pointing a finger at her tell her to not put anyone at her tables. It became so heated one sided mind you that I backed away not wanting to be around this kind of behavior. The hostess remained professional and led me to a table I presume was in Evelyn’s area and sat me down. And I say I presumed it was one of Evelyn’s tables because I was totally ignored for at least ten minutes before Charles whom I presume is another server came and took my order. I never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in all my life in front of customers no less. I’ve only visited that IHOP on three occasions since moving to Blue Springs three years ago. And now on two of those occasions Evelyn has been a not so nice person. I felt I needed to speak up this time. How someone as nasty and unprofessional as she can keep her job blows my mind. It should be no surprise to you that I’ve decided not to ever dine at that restaurant as long as she’s still employed there. I’m not one too ever want someone to lose there job, but there comes a time when behavior like this should not be tolerated.

So the first time I came here , the employees brought their kids and we was pretty much left with no refills anything. Never said anything. Now I order grilled chicken sandwich with frys, leave everything's fine until the take out I got for my dad tasted so bad it had to be rotten chicken. I tasted it and I almost threw up and I ate a toddler bite size. Definitely calling the health department something is definitely off with this location I see why all of them are shutting down. Will be my last time going to ihop. Its sad used to be one of my favorite and go to places but after last night never again

I wish I could give this review based on food too but my family, 4 kids and husband, got absolutely no service. There were people who came in after us who got drinks and orders taken. Tables around us got cleaned. However noone came and greater us. Yes we got sat by the host but we sat there for over 10 minutes and decided to leave. We were trying to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday and he chose IHOP. Never again at this location
