This place is so wonderful mostly because of the service. I usually go with small children all by myself and we always have wonderful servers. The kids love the waffles and the variety of rounds they can get. I love the variety of options depending on my mood.Kid-friendliness: They never complsin about small kids and are very accommodating to our needs
It was clean, the wait staff was clueless, and they wanted to upcharge me an additional $9 OVER what the menu said with no changes for my mealThey didn't know why it was ringing up that way...

Well the service that me and my gf did receive wasnt very welcoming or enthusiastic and kinda set the mood from the get go. They also sat us directly across from another table which would have been fine if covid wasn't happening but there were clearly other seats available that werent necessarily that close to another family. The next two customers got sat tables away from everybody else, multiple tables away. I had to ask for sugar twice and still never recieved it. After the second time of waiting we decided it was just best to leave. Hope this helps anybody thinking about coming here at this time during the week, I cannot account for any other times of day or the week.

30 minute wait for 2 eggs. Also the pricing in the menu is sketchy. The none 55+ 2x2x2 is $6.49, the 55+ version is $9.49. looks like trying rop people off. Ask the waiter and did not provide an answer.

Okay so this place was packed to the gills. There were people sitting in all of the chairs and benches. There was people standing all over the place. This place was a ZOO! I made the mistake of going after church let out on a Sunday. DON'T GO AFTER CHURCH! LOL ?! BUT!! My wife ordered on the app and it said it was going to be done in 15 minutes!! I thought "YEAH RIGHT"! We were there in 15 minutes and there were people parked in the "ToGo" spots so I had to go in also because they were too busy to answer the phone! LOL ?! But I went in and believe it or not it was READY! BAM! FRESH! We went to Remembrance lake and had a car picnic! It was great ?!

Took my son and his friend there. They said their burger was good. My omelette was huge and cooked just right.
After my order was passed up by the delivery driver that arrived and left. I called the restaurant to see what the deal was. A lady answered the phone and said that my order was canceled because she's (cleaning her hoods? I'm assuming that's the exhaust for the grills ) she didn't have access to her kitchen. I asked her why it's taken two hours for me to be notified I wasn't getting my delivery(only bc I called). She got an attitude and started blaming the manager and being rude over the phone. Customer service is none existent here.

I had a wonderful waitress..can't remember her name sorry. We both had steak omelets and pancakes and it was fantastic! The salsa was outstanding as well!! Thanks IHOP for a great meal!
