Total garbage. If you wanna wait over half an hour only to cancel an order anyway because you're suddenly "closed for the night", update your hours and get better employees. ? I'd give a zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

This is the worst location in the city. I ordered online, when I got there I was told half my order was unavailable and could not be refunded. So I paid 15 dollars for half my order. Seriously shut this location down.

Edit: just confirming this location is still the worst thing in Blue Springs. It's never open, and when it is the employees are standing out front smoking. Love all the reactions from the owner. Nothing has changed. Horrible place. You might even die if you eat here. Seriously. Don't risk it.

Completely dead, employee was nice but wouldn't even open the drive-thru window the whole way making it very awkward for me to get my food. It also took forever and there were no other customers. Not one. Busy at every restaurant around them but they were as quiet as a ghost town. Weird. Food was ok. Should have picked McDonalds.

I came to the drive thru at about 7:45 am today, so I could get my daughter some breakfast before dropping her off at work. Pull up, no one answers. Drive up through the drive thru, not a soul in sight. It says open. It says the drive thru is open 24 hrs on Friday. So, where are the employees? Are you under staffed? Or are the employees just not taking orders and chilling somewhere in the back?

I have given this location several tries over the last few years and have hand problems almost 50% of the time. Late at night it cam take them 20+ mins per car to get them out even when there are only a couple of cars there. I have ran into situations where they just wouldn't serve you at all.

Yesterday I stopped by in the early evening, maybe 6pm, and was refused services. The door was locked and when I tried to go through the drive-through the person told me that they were the only person working and were only taking delivery orders. I asked if I put in a mobile order and parked would they make it. I never got another response after waiting a couple of minutes I drove off, it was clear that my business isn't appreciated.

I'm not typically a review kind of person but this is one of several occasions where I have been refused service or had to wait an hour for my food. I'm shocked that this location has managed to stay open and can see why there are never more than one or two people here.

I pull up to the microphone to order food and the person on the mic and I said hello. The person on the mic says “you just pulled up how can I help you” which I’m sure is not how they were trained and rude. I thought typically you start a conversation with hi or hello. I ask for a manager and the manager tries to justify the rude window person before even apologizing. Overall 10/10 don’t recommend.

Ordered on Uber Eats pretty late, because I figured it was open 24 hrs as advertised. Three Uber drivers and an hour and a half later, I decided I should not be that lazy waiting on my Munchie Meal.

After opting to pick it up myself instead, I arrived to a closed restaurant. Crazy that they couldn’t turn their tablets off over night, update their hours, or that not one of our three drivers could’ve communicated the issue to us. (That’s not y’all’s fault, though).

I am persistent and wanted my chocolate cake bare MINIMUM, so drove there the next day around 2 pm, doors are locked and looks empty. No car in the drive thru, but all of the lights are on and there’s some cars in the lot.

Suuuuuuper confused. Not a big loss, can get the same things elsewhere, but pleaseeeee y’all. please. do not make urself look like a clown the way I did. :(
