Everyone was nice. Sandwiches were made quick. The sandwiches were mostly wrap, not at a lot of ingredients. A little disappointing. Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I guess they’ve had to cut back.

Ordered a 16 inch sandwich and the workers (Benny)wants to complain because I want each half made a little bit differently. One side with mayo and the other side without. Since when can I not create the sandwich the way I want it!?! To me it came across as unprofessional and lazy. I can go to any sandwich shop and have a sandwich made the way I want it. I walked out and won’t be going back. You lost my business. Thanks!

Been a while since I had JJ. Food Quality has definitely decreased, hardly any tuna on my sandwich and very dry. Bad service too, they were making the sandwich right infront of me, I asked for mayo, they were too lazy to put it on and refuse, they just gave me the packets instead. How sad!

Terrible service. Not welcoming to hearing impaired people . The short chubby female with hickeys on her neck at the register was laughing at the lady because she kept asking her to repeat what she was saying. The lady wss leaning in trying to understand what the female was saying. My friend and I were sitting at a table , the female at the register kept talking softer each time the lady asked her to repeat. A male employee finally had enough of the female co worker and was able to communicate. That female has poor customer service manners. Thank you to the male that stepped up

I think you need to update your employees on your menu. I asked for a side of jalapeño ranch, and he lied to me and told me they don't have that there even though I have gotten it there before so I had to go to another store to get it. Sorry to inconvenience you all with simple request. It won't happen again. You didn't even try for mediocrity. Call me when your employees have better customer service skills. Very disappointing. Your employee lost you $100's in future sales over a $.99 side item. Good job.
