Came in on our way back from kiddos birthday vacation, and I have no words for how great this place was to us! Food: instantly ready, hot and delicious. Staff: above and beyond friendly people(they asked if it was my son's birthday and when finding out it was, they brought him a chocolate cake)! Never felt rushed. A gem to find such good employees!

Food was gross. Taste like it was old. The female taking the orders on the intercom was really rude. The chicken kind of made me sick. I wouldn't eat at this place even if it was the last restaurant on earth.

Waited at the drive through for 10 mints and nothing! backed up went inside there was one worker talking to someone in the car smoking another just standing talking on his phone. Inside I waited for someone to help me while in the back employees were dancing. Called out a couple of times nobody bothered. Who runs this place? Such bad service.

Must be something going on in blue springs. This one specifically doesnt even know what they have on the menu of their website. Ask for a 4 peice tender waffle combo they say they have a 3 peice. So ask for 3 piece tender they give a 3 piece chicken and the chicken was awful grisly mostly breading. I couldn't even tell if it was a chicken breast the pieces were so small.

The dark haired girl with the ponytail told my son and me that we would get 4 thighs and 4 legs or wait 20 minutes for a fresh 8 piece. 6 little drumsticks and 2 scrawny thighs for their Tuesday special was disappointing. Poor attitude didn't help the experience.

Waited 15 minutes as they were out of chicken. Ordered a 12 piece mixed and we got 5 thighs, 3 legs, 2 breasts and 2 wings. They boxed the chicken extremely hot so all the breading became saturated with steam and fell off. But then the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through. To top it all off, they didn’t give us the mashed potatoes and gravy.
Called corporate and they really can’t do anything. The store obviously doesn’t care about their product and if corporate isn’t going to intervene the. It will just continue to be bad.
If enough people stop going maybe it will just go out of business.
Please fix the hole by the drive thru I almost got a flat tire after hitting it twice. I got your last pot pie. It was very good. Most of the other restaurants leave the chicken out.

Ordered 2 bowls both of them had a terrible texture to the chicken I had to spit it out. The fries were lukewarm at best and they were dry and soggy at the same time. Would not recommend especially for $25

Was profiled and asked to “show confirmation” of the order when my grandfather was the one who ordered. They said it was policy however I have never dealt with this before. This in turn had me waiting unnecessarily and my food wasn’t warm by the time I got it.
