Absolutely terrible service. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by a man asking what I wanted. I very politely greeted him and said “Hi”. He then very rudely and inappropriately mocked my “Hi”. I was so confused that I just had to drive away. I’ll never go back here.

Good food Great Service and Good Atmosphere. Got the Chicken Tenders Some French Fries Juice Box Mac N Cheese and two tubs of Ranch and all right minus the Capri Sun Drink which didn't have straw but got a Drink Cup and used that for the Cup

I love the new offering of the bowl meals. Mashed potatoes, corn and chicken of your choice. Their Cole slaw is excellent as well. Good choice for drive through. They have inside seating but I don't use it.

Went to this kfc many many times before during the day and evening. Went last night at around 9:15pm . I attempted to go into the lobby. Lobby doors were locked. I looked all over the door for a sign that listed the lobby hours but nothing that mentioned the lobby specifically. There was a sign displaying the store hours but nothing else. I notice an employee standing outside towards the back of the restaurant so I walked towards him and asked if the lobby was open. He said that the lobby was closed. I then informed him that there was no sign indicating that the lobby was closed. He then told me that yes there was. He then walked over to the lobby door and saw for himself that there was NO sign indicating that the lobby was closed. And then he tried to explain that the signs might be new while i was trying to get back into my carAt that point I felt the employee was becoming a little argumentative and I just wanted some food and realizing that the employee is not understanding the problem. I left and went to DAIRY QUEEN. I went thru the dairy queen drive thru and they informed me that they were closed but they would be happy to still take care of me because the had not left for the night..

Depressing place. Kids behind the counter were good enough, fountain drinks aren't mixed right so Pepsi tasted bad. Oil in the fryer was obviously old so chicken tasted not so good and biscuit was cold. I'm done with kfc now.

I ordered 2 soft shell taco no cheese or lettuce. Both tacos cames with lettuce and cheese. I won’t eat there again when I called up there the person hung up on me

They said I couldn’t substitute a leg for a breast on the KFC box, stating I HAD to get the breast. The breast cost them MORE money. Insane

Had to change review from 5 stars to 1. On the KFC deal box, I tried to order the $10 box and it wanted 3 legs and a thigh. They told me for cost reasons, they can’t change the type of chicken and it had to be breast, thigh, leg, and wing. But that cost MORE than 3 legs and thigh because breasts cost the most.

They then said I can’t substitute one of the mashed potatoes for a macaroni and cheese, again citing “cost” reasons. I mentioned both sides cost the exact same and there was no real response.

So KFC is costing themselves MORE money, while creating a horrible customer experience—a true lose, lose. Talk about horrible management.
