Really incredible lunch! Great ingredients and taste, with inspired menu items outside your normal fare. The meatloaf sandwich, fiery potatoes, and Paris fog tea were highlights, but everyone at our table loved their meals.

First time here and probably will not be back for a while. Read so many great reviews on here and on Facebook so I was excited to try something different. Waited a very long time just to order, and almost a full hour before we got our food. They were out of several menu items so our selection was sparse. We ordered the polenta Benedict. Hollandaise sauce did not look or taste like it should have. Overall dish was just okay, but definitely not worth the money!!!! Way overpriced for the portion. Staff was also in no rush, no sense of urgency whatsoever with a full restaurant. I would have rather eaten elsewhere.

So I was told they make the BEST tomato bisque soup. So I stopped and got some. Holy cow! delicious is a understatement. I shared some with my mom, who doesn’t like tomato soup of any kind and she said “she could eat a whole bowl of it”.It was served with very good bread and the soup was warm and creamy. I will be back for more and to try other items.

WOW! Just wow! I always thought there was no option in Blue Springs for a real handmade knockout meal, I was sorely mistaken. Everything we tried was delicious and you could taste the love and care put I to the making of every ingredient. We will be back just as soon as we can!! Run don't walk!!! And don't forget the cocktails or mimosas!

Le Cafe Bleu is a delicious treat for the tastebuds. It’s a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch. Scratch made cinnamon rolls and pastries and lots of tasty lunch options. I ordered the quiche and a side of fierce potatoes and it was amazing! Lots of coffee options and cocktails available, too. They also do catering and have grab and go options. Will definitely return soon!

This wonderful cafe is a great place to get a delicious meal. Personally my favorite would definitely be the Quiche. Paired with a side salad that they have made with the perfect dressing! All of the staff are very kind, have great personalities and do their very best to provide you a good dinning experience! Definitely would recommend :)
