Abby the manger apparently doesn’t know how to find a refund until I call someone higher. She also doesn’t wear gloves when putting topping and cheese on pizza after handling cash through drive thru… I don’t recommend coming here the customer service is terrible. And she had some type of pet hair all over her hoodie so that’s probably getting in the food as well. Yummy

They never seem to get it right at this location.”Hot n ready” actually means 20 minutes of waiting, assuming they don’t forget about you in the mean time. Your only hope of getting out of there somewhat quickly is to order ahead of time and hope they have it ready when you get there. However long you think it’s going to take, double it.
I went to this location a few times before posting this review and it was just as bad every single time. They’ve got some work to do.

After you order your pizza for through the drive-thru. If you wait your 15 minutes your pizza will be fresh. If they give it to you immediately, I promise it's not
Parking: It never seems to be fast and ready. You're always going to wait 10 minutes or longer normally. And in a way you kind of want to wait for a fresh pizza because if not they will hand you something old

This place is about what one would expect. They make the food right, and it’s pretty tasty.
The service wasn’t the best, and took a long while. However, to the credit of the staff, they usually have a lot of customers, especially in the evenings. They do keep up enough with things get hectic, which may contribute to the fact that the store isn’t the most clean. Again though, with how busy this place is, one can see how the staff wouldn’t have a lot of free time to clean. Overall, I give it about 4 stars.

Came by to buy pizza 11/1/2024 guy at the window had a bad attitude. Since I pulled up to the drive through he didn’t greet he had me waiting then just said go ahead. Then when I pulled to the window he didn’t greet me he just said $24.97 then turned around to keep talking with the other women he had me tap the card but when I said thank you he rolled his eyes at me. Didn’t say nothing and when it came to bringing my food out he sent someone else. He seems to have a problem with Hispanics.

They have pepperoni puff's with garlic that are made like the shape of a muffin. They are so very Delicious, and only 3.99 for 4! their normal pizza is great as well, and you don't have to worry that it's going to be overpriced like darn near everywhere else. I love it, but the puff's are my favorite. Great pizza, great price!
