We moved to Blue Springs 6 years ago, and while the pizza situation has been ok, it's SO much better now. The Minsky's out here is weird, and the prices are truly insane. The Pizza Hut by the movie theater used to be amazing, but something happened, and the prices got jacked way up.Enter: Marco's.I had literally never even heard of Marco's before, but my friend had a really good experience with them, so we tried them out. I'm gonna make this clear.1.) The food is AMAZING. Flat out, the best pizza I've had consistently. Ever.2.) The people are SUPER friendly and never late. Listen, I'm a transwoman, so this is a huge deal to me. Never one single problem with the staff.3.) The prices are super low to begin with, and they're always sending me coupons on top of that!That's it. We've probably ordered from them 60 times since they opened, and we have no intention of stopping. I'm SO grateful they opened up out here. I can imagine life without them.

I’ve always loved Marcos but have been trying other places lately. I was craving old world pepperoni the other day and this place never fails to hit the spot. LOVE the free crust toppers.

i’ve order here several times, when i first got food from this place they did an amazing job, recently they’ve messed up my orders, my most recent order i order a caesar saled with no chicken and didn’t receive that item, i also ordered a italiano sub with no red onion, no banana peppers, and no tomatoes and they gave it to me with everything on it. also got a build your own small pizza and got none of the crust topping i asked for my pizza. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they’ve just gone down hill and will proceed to go downhill. i’m just disappointed that a place i loved getting pizza from messes up my whole order and it’s not the only time i tried giving them more chances than they deserved but will not go back to this place anytime soon because of the horrible service and bad management

We use to love this place.. However it seems like in the past few months it has really gone down hill. Tried to talk to management about my concerns and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ll never be back and wouldn’t recommend. There are other great pizza places around with better customer support. Food is ok… used to be better.. but service is absolutely horrible.
I’m unbelievably disappointed I. The customer service. Placed an order for later delivery in the app for 7:15. They made a mistake and made and delivered right away despite the ticket I had. Vince the manager is possibly the RUDEST most unprofessional manager. I had to leave my house and return the pizzas to get a refund and they would not remake. Will never order there again despite them having good pizza. We ordered from another company.

Just quit so I’m finally getting the chance to expose Marcos pizza for what it really is! So this is how the dish cleaning out looks on a regular basis! Black mold out the wazzoo! Every single thing back there covers in grease and old dough. Not a single person is held accountable for it. The dishes are supposed to be the “drivers” job but I would be the closing driver and be working alone being the only one cleaning and doing dishes and deliveries from about 8/9pm until 11/12pm.. they don’t make anyone do dishes before they leave…maybe a month ago the GM NICHOLE put up signs saying “drivers must do 20 minutes of dishes before they leave. And what I come back to is a sink covered in dirty dishes and a dish put full of dishes scattered all in the wrong places. So when I found out after having all this info that GM is deciding to just up and leave this store I figured I’d try and help keep anyone else from getting sick from these terrible people. If you want any pay stubs from them or time stamps I can give you all the proof you need to show this was taken at the location in BLUE SPRINGS MO. Thank you all for the experience you gave me as a delivery driver and I apologize for not informing you all on the poison you were putting in yourself.

We have been ordering from Marco's for a little over a year now. I have never had a bad order from them. Every time the Pizza tastes great. It's on time, hot and delicious. The ingredients taste fresh. They have lots of tasty sides. Generally they are just a great pizza place. Oh and their delivery drivers are always really nice and polite.
