Kid at night in drive thru needs removed. He can't even hand you your food right and does not take his job serious. This is the second time he does this last time my order was messed up and was missing fries and he handed me the missing fries through the drive thru window with his hands instead of putting them in a bag.

Screws up my order 70% of the time. I don't have time to call and complain because I only go here on lunch break at work. Today for example I ordered a double Big Mac Combo and they again only put singles patties on my burger. I don't complain much stuff happens but this is a re-occurring issue that has happened multiple times with my orders where I don't get everything I ordered.

(3 stars for atmosphere because c'mon— it's McDonald's.) Whoever was working the kitchen on the night of February 8, 2025 between 2200 and 2300 hours is an artist. Give them praise. Give them a raise. Give them all the words of encouragement. Give them a glowing letter of recommedation for their next job. Seriously.
I only go here when the kids crave it. Always expect a wait time of your ordering food. Oh.... and if you're ordering double cheese burgers, doublecheck your sandwiches. Sometimes they just toss an extra patty to a cheese burger and send it.

Went in tonight after they screwed up my order. The so called shift Manager was rude and unapologetic just made excuses. The other McDonald's in Blue Springs are better. This store needs new management.
