I ordered at the drive thru at 12:27. After waiting outside for 15 minutes I went inside to see what the problem was with my order. At first they could not find the ticket because the manager had moved it! Do they get it and get my food. I should have checked it before I went back outside but I didn’t. After I got back in my car I checked my burger and of course it was wrong. I took it back in it had a ticket on top of it saying no cheese. It had cheese. I waited while they remade it as the manager made comments about me being upset. Oh I wonder why? When I finally got my food and left it was 12:50. One gentleman who had been bringing out orders apologized and was genuinely sorry. However I felt like the manager was annoyed that he had to deal with this and with me.

It took 20 minutes to get us 4 cheeseburgers and a 6 piece nugget. The food was cold and every single order was wrong. Tried to call the number for the store and just got busy signals. The wait here is insane. Another time earlier this same week, only ordered a single cheeseburger when it wasn't busy and still had to be parked and wait 10 minutes.

Small burgers to much salt. Cold fries. Cold chicken nuggets. All in drive thru. Customers want hot fries an nuggets pls!!?

Received wrong ingredients on items ordered. Received an extra sandwich that was not ordered. When returned to store, received scorn and derision from staff and had management accuse us of eating half the fries (not a single one was eaten). Barely got them to remake the sandwiches and had to nearly beg them to replace our fries with a fresh order. The worst customer service experience I've received in a decade. Filed a complaint with corporate.

Typical McDonalds food, service and atmosphere. Burger was a bit flat tasting. Perhaps adding mayo on request would help distinguish it from other chains.

Honestly, what is the deal with the sauce? If I order honey mustard for my children's chicken nuggets I should not have to beg for them at the window. I have paid for extra honey mustard and not received it and when I asked for it at the window I get just one and a little bit of an eye roll.
Also, everyone is tired of the tiny tan toy. It is time for it to go!

There was cigarette ash and a burn mark inside the biscuit, my whole order looked and smelt like someone used my food as their ashtray.
