Wouldn’t even give one star but had to. Two ladies working one told us we have to use the screen because they were too busy. I said we wanted to pay cash just ignored us. Waited a few minutes then I asked again was told no it just takes card and continued ignoring us. We walked out finally to notice that they only had a couple cars in the drive thru. Just put a note in the door that you don’t take cash.

Pretty sure they took my last review down went and ordered a #9 meal and a #4 meal we get the food and it's cold the number for chicken sandwich was supposed to have mayo on it and it didn't so I go in to ask about why there's no mayo the first guy I talk to said there was supposed to be mayo on it then I'm assuming the shift lead (I'd hope she isn't a manager) cuts into the conversation and tells me I have to order a different meal to get mayo on it. At this point 2 ppl fingers have been on my sandwich so I snatched the sandwich from her because they were not going to do anything. I ended up throwing this sandwich away because the lady looked all sweaty and was spitting while she talked as she's missing some of her top front teeth also who wants to eat chicken on bread. This lady's hygienic was horrible. As I'm walking out she says I am not welcome back at her store because I'm so rude I told her watch me. She then says she would call the police. This lady didn't even let me talk she seemed like she just wanted to hear herself and didn't want to redo my sandwich like she was just being lazy stood at counter waiting to talk to some one at the start for like 5 min. Got an email from mcdonalds customer support on my last review on this situation I did not respond to it due to me never wanting to go back. This store is extremely disgusting and would recommend a different place all together. After this I will never eat mcdonalds again. Not spending my hard earned money at any location period. Will go to burger king next time I want a quick meal.

I forgot to make a burger plain on my app order. When I arrived to pick the order up, I explained that I forgot to make the burger plain and asked if she could fix it. She said she couldn't modify an app order. I asked if she could just turn around and let them know it was plain. She said she couldn't. I canceled the whole order and left. It was insane to me that she refused to just turn around and tell the guy making burgers that it was plain.

Tried to buy a gift card through the drive thru and was told I had to buy it inside. Parked and walked inside just to stand there for 5-7 minutes while multiple employees walked by and continued doing whatever they were doing. I work in customer service and understand lunch is busy but you still ACKNOWLEDGE someone that walks in or is standing at the counter. I originally was going to buy the gift card and 3 meals but decided not to spend any extra money at this location. Absolutely ridiculous!!! A simple “hello, we will be right with you” would have taken 2 seconds……

A good variety of food, but this place just isn't for me. I'd choose Burger King or Hardee's/Carl's Jr over this place any day. Would not recommend. I miss the bright colors, now it's so dingy looking.
I ordered 3 burgers only ketchup, I received 2 burgers and 3 buns. There was no burger just the damn bun. COME ON, get off your damn phones and do your job.

This is the closest Mc Donals to my home, sadly. Their customer service is the absolutely the WORST! I have not written a review before, but just now I decided to write one after yet one more MANAGER chose to talk over me while I asked for something to be corrected and disrespectfully to me and then REFUSED to fix the problem. WORST Mc Donalds in Blue Springs!!

Drive thru… ordered small hamburger, 10 piece chicken nugget, small coke. Got to window receive medium Diet Coke, cheeseburger, the nuggets and French fries I didn’t order. I gave the Diet Coke back and told the girl I had fries. They gave me the bag anyway. She didn’t want the fries back. I waited for the replacement Coke. Manager told me I didn’t order a Coke. I told her but I did matter of fact I was even was given a larger one than I order but gave it back to the girl bc it was at Diet Coke. Yes but that was a mistake. She told me 3 times I needed to drive around the building and reorder the Coke. By Now there are 10 cars behind me and I have to pick up granddaughter at bus stop. I was not happy I finally told her here I will give you your fries back that I didn’t ask for and you can give me the Coke I did ask for. I should not have to go around and be late or go without because a silly little error on their part. She took the fries and walked away with a look on her face. The girl came back and gave me my drink. All for one small drink. I apologized to the young girl but the manager stunk.
