Every time you come here they send you around the building to wait on the other side after you pay for your food, I wait an average of 10-15 minutes every time I order after I pay. This ain’t “fast” food.

I only go when they are slow and they always do a good job. When they are busy I don't even try. Overall I think this location does a good job but it does matter when you go.

Went to this local McDonald’s last night at 12 am with my son for late night food after a fun night of clubbing with the boys. We were treated to grade-A service, clean facilities, and scrumptious McDoubles and fries. I will be returning to enjoy more burgers and mchickies at my local McDonald’s. What a wonderful place!

Got curbside they forgot one of our drinks, never came back with it. Had to go in get it. Once inside was ignored. This one of the worse places for service in Blue Springs.

Only went thru the drive thru…got up to order, no line, employee comes on the speaker and was very short in asking what I wanted to order. It was as if we were inconveniencing her. Went to the first window, rude…again…took my card from my hand, barely said 1 mumbling word and again making us feel like we were inconveniencing them as if they are about to close. Mind you…it’s 8pm on Sunday…you don’t close until maybe 10pm or after. I ordered two of the same meals the same way, one was right, one was not. All in all employees are rude for absolutely no reason. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Stay closed during the snow period locking the doors so you don't have to clean up when you barely do your job as is is crazy work
Talk about a McDonald's that used to be really good that went to crap. Been sitting in line for almost an hour now and went inside to talk to them and they just ignore all the customers. The customer service is terrible. They always mess stuff up now. I'm gonna start going to another location. This one is trash and is being ran down
