Manager was extremely rude and condescending when I called to tell them my pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered it with no sauce. I made sure that's what I hit when I ordered online because I literally cannot have it. Obviously their ordering system screwed up my order because I came home to a pizza with extra sauce (which was the button directly below) and when I ordered I double-checked the button I hit, again because I cannot have red sauce. The manager wouldn't know that though since she wanted to talk over me. She then proceeded to lecture me on checking my order (bc she didn't listen to begin with) and made sure to make a point that it was not their fault. She spoke to me like I'm a child that needed my hand slapped. I did not call them in an accusatory or rude manner so I don't expect it in return - especially paying $40 for 2 small pizzas. So apparently I am now paying to not have dinner tonight because I won't be spoken down to, especially over carryout pizza and by a pizza manager. Sorry your life choices have made you so cranky, but you can save your pizza, my $ will be spent somewhere with kind people that know how to speak to their customers and problem solve without being a rude aho.

Minsky's Pizza in Blue Springs is a slice of heaven (prime cut)! The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are always fresh, and the flavors are out of this world. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make every visit special. Truly the best pizza spot in town - highly recommend!

We stopped in the restaurant and did a carry out pizza, thin crust jumbo combo pizza,crust was thicker and not cooked completely and the toppings were sparse, after recently moving back to the Kansas City we expected a lot more out of a box that says “Kansas City’s best pizza “, apparently this store likes uncooked pizza no comment from manager.
I came in to pick up a order, the woman acted like I was trying to scam them when I was just doing my job and showed her my order. I make plenty of money. I don't need to steal other peoples food plus I'm 50 years old. I believe I know better don't insult people if you don't even know them so rude and disrespectful.
