The workers acted as if the cheese or meat was scarce the cheese didn't cover my pizza and the meats I had maybe 5 pieces won't go back for awhile

I'm giving it 2 stars ONLY because Mod is stealing money from customers who pay with cash. My change should have been 2.26 but was given 2.25. I've seen many businesses doing this lately. If you refuse to get pennies, then you'd better start rounding up instead of down. Sure, it's only a penny but it's money. If companies do this to thousands of customers, it adds up. I wont be returning to any company that is this dishonest.

Lovely place with a lovely manager. Went in earlier tonight, and even though it only took a little longer than usual, she was extremely compensating and sweet.

I got a pizza here recently and it wasn’t anything special but it wasn’t bad. I’m leaving this review because of the disgustingly rude service of “Angel.”
When I asked for extra cheese, she just looked at me like I was stupid. Is extra cheese not a common thing to ask for?
Then I had politely asked how long until the pizza would be done and she gave me that same look and said “about 6-7 minutes” in the rudest tone I have ever heard.
Maybe instead of working at a pizza place, she should work at a call center so people don’t see the look she seems to be proud of.
If mod pizza ever wants my service again, they better find a way better replacement for angel.

“I had such a great experience thanks to Nathan and David! They were super friendly and made sure my order was perfect and fast. Nathan greeted us with a smile and David made sure everything came out fresh and hot. It’s rare to find such great customer service at a fast-food place, but these two really went above and beyond.

I have celiac disease so a good pizza is a real treat! You can make your own pizza here, think sandwich shop. Pick your crust, i chose cauliflower. Then pick your sauce, meat, cheese, veggies. You get the idea. When I said I wanted cauliflower crust the employee making my pizza 🍕 asked me if this was an allergy related choice. When I told her I had celiac disease she changed her gloves, and pulled a pan from a different rack. When she passed the pizza down to the next employee she told him this is a glove change. Which he did. If you have celiac disease you know how important this is and how greatful I was.
This place used to be Amazing and now it's just ok. Not really sure what the regression was honestly, it's just not that good anymore. One thing that is still really good is the foil-wrapped homemade ding dongs (seriously). But the pizza is. . . meh.
