Cake is absolutely amazing. Service is terrible. The cashier was rude and didn't seem eager to be helpful.

As soon as you walk through the doors , you're immediately Greeted. They make you feel welcome and help you customize your bundts any way you would like. Service is fast and food is always freshly made and baked

I had a bad experience with a manger. I thought I would never spend money there again. I called to express my concern and luckily the regional manager was in the store. I gave great details of what happened. In the end they took great care of me and I will definitely do business with them again in the future. By the way my issue had nothing to do with the yummy cakes and cupcakes. I'm happy and thank you again for listening to me and taking care of me. It means the world to me.

Fresh, super moist, slightly chilled lemon raspberry bundle cake with a unbelievable cream cheese icing...I waited for 2 minutes while the friendly staff put on rows and rows of fresh icing...it is a good thing there were no forks nearby...5 stars to the Blue Springs location.

Great cakes. Adorable and taste great. We had some delivered as a gift and one of them had a red round plastic sticker with sharpie writing on it in the bottom of the cake. I'm so glad no one choked on it and it was caught when eating with my fork. Docked a star, hoping this is not the norm, but one small thing like this can make us doubt future orders.

Highly, highly recommend! These cakes are AmAzInG and delicious!! The staff is super friendly and Jeff, the manager, is really nice and thoughtful. This is a great business to support!

Nice staff and good sweets

These are miniature bundt cakes, about 2 servings per cake. They offer a variety of flavors and, so far, everything we have tried has been great! The LS location was open first and the one we initially discovered, but when the BS location opened, we started going there because it is closer. The cakes are all still excellent, but the service is hit or miss; it really depends on who is working. Most of the time we have had great experiences here. The cakes are a bit pricey for what you get, but they are a specialty item so that is to be expected. These are definitely worth a try if everyone in your family or group likes a different cake flavor.
