Love this place but the meat is always so chewy and stringy in the steak breakfast burrito. The queso is amazing but chips are usually stale so buy only the queso by itself now.

I stopped in for a meal as I was inconsolably hangry. It was quickly prepared and brought to my table as I grabbed my sauces from the garnish station. Piping hot shredded beef with bits of carrots, jalapeno, and onion mixed in and rolled up nice and tight! Rice and beans were as perfect. I was too full to finish my second burrito, so it's nice to bring home a serving for later! Pancho's is some of the good stuff!

No Mamès I got the carne asada tacos and it was just meat (unseasoned) and avocado sauce (nasty not real guacamole) no onion no cheese no cilantro nada I couldn’t even finish it one of the most un put together meals ever displayed before me time and time I’ve given them opportunities to change my mind but every time them boys just put anything in a tortilla fool basically gave me uncooked hotdog no bun it’s disrespectful to call this a Mexican restaurant someone’s Abuela turning over in her grave it’s sad

I went inside to order food the other night, the people at the counter kept staring at me and wouldn't take my order. I waited 15 minutes before walking out. This was horrible service. Never go inside if u want

Try not to modify your order or add any ingredients they will charge $3.50 extra for guacamole which isn’t even whole guacamole canned cut junk, also be careful saying “with pico” they will determine that as extra and charge an additional fee of $2.50 for an item that already comes in the burrito and is free on the salsa bar. Why they don’tFeel the need to tell you they’re about to add $6 to the cost of your burrito I’m not sure. Sad thing was the burritos had a tablespoon of guacamole that I paid $7 for, and a teaspoon of pico I paid $5 for. I’mOver this place I’ve been ripped off too much I just paid 32 dollars for a burrito for me and my right hand man. Trust me there’s TONS of places like this all over KC you don’t HAVE to come here that’s many more to try. I grew up on the border don’t tell me I’m wrong about price gouging. A burrito of the same exact thing is better and less money even in a state like California. Step it up Panchos do better.

We ordered from here last night first time..when order was delivered there was leaves in the food it was all over the bag. We have had diarrhea all night n day..meat had hair on it n it was crispy black..horrible. I tried calling n they won't answer..eat there at ur own
