We have ordered twice from there now, for delivery for family parties. And, they they have been so quick and efficient each time! Even on the weekend! And the orders were correct and baked properly too! Awesome!

One worker came in, didn't wash her hands and touching pizzas and used her bare hands for the toppings. I've been in the food industry MANY YEARS, NEVER HAVE I SEEN THIS, IT'S DISGUSTING!!! Pizza is normally good but after reading reviews about lack of clenliness I won’t order again. My main complaint was my “wings” these aren’t wings, this is a chicken nugget with sauce drizzled where is the sauce??!?! .. disappointed

I asked them to run my wings in the oven twice. I get there and I clearly tell they haven’t been run twice. My ticket didn’t even say it so how did the boy know to run them twice? Then the girl turns around and ask the boy did he run them twice he say yes with a confused look on his face. The same look she gave me when I asked her if they were. My wings are normally way darker. They almost look burnt. Story tell but employees. Won’t be back to this location

I won't ding hard here, but the pizza I ordered Saturday was not worth eating. We usually get the Shaq-aroni pizza and it isn't on menu currently, replaced by the cuparoni pizza.I will start by saying pizza seemed dry. I always order extra sauce and for some reason the app wasn't willing to let me do so. Also the pepperoni on this pizza is spicy. My grandkids tried, but couldn't eat it, too hot for them.Of course we will be back, that is the kiddos favorite pizza place. We always receive great service, just the pizza was far from good this time. My fault though for ordering, I should have stuck with a large pepperoni and been done.Papa John's, please bring back the Shaq-aroni!!
Parking: It's a shopping center parking lot, not much to say.

Bunch of teenagers. Don't have a clue. Everyone's pizza ahead of me was behind. No call, no notice. Just let everyone show up and wait.Delivery was screwed up, too. Sat there and listened to all incoming calls.I'm not sure if there was a manager there or not, but if there was, they need a new one.Will never go there again.
I ordered the NY pizza. I ordered at 9:04pm with a 41 min delivery. My pizza arrived at 10:00pm and it was COLD!!! HORRIBLE!!!

We've normally had decent experiences ordering here in the past but tonight was such a letdown. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and a chicken alfredo papa bowl. Both were extremely disappointing. The pizza dough was partially cooked with partially raw bits of dough in the crust stuck to the cheese. Asked for extra sauce and barely got any except for by the crust. We also ordered the 3 cheese topping and didn't receive that, just normal cheese. They put mounds of banana peppers on the pizza but totally skimped on the other toppings. The chicken alfredo bowl was EXTREMELY salty and had literal pools of oil. We ordered it with just chicken, spinach, and onion, but for some reason they decided to add green peppers in it, which we did not ask for. Left a review with photos through doordash (the doordash delivery person himself was great though!) Super unfortunate experience this time around! :(

I ordered online to have 3 large pizzas delivered at 7pm. At 7:05 I called them. The manager said that our order wasn’t even seen because they got several orders at that time. He found it on the computer while we spoke, so they did get my order. He couldn’t move ours to the top of the list. And couldn’t even tell me when we were going to get our pizza. No offer of doing anything due to their mistake.

I started eating the pizza with my kids and felt something tingling the back of my throat and saw multiple hairs cooked into my pizza. One which looked like a pubic hair. After vomiting multiple times in the toilet, I went to return the pizza. I was just given a refund. Not even a sincere apology or empathy for what had to either be on purpose or someone dropped the pizza on the floor. I've worked years in restaurants, which makes this appear as either on purpose or gross negligence. This could explain why no one was wearing hats or hair nets when making pizza.
