So many problems. The delivery tracking kept jumping around and finally said dropped off several minutes before the driver even arrived. He didn’t have the wings and said he’d go back to pick them up. I called to ask that new ones be made since it’s been 40 minutes since I ordered them originally and the person couldn’t be bothered to look up my order and went in a circle of me telling her what I ordered and her asking again what I ordered. There is a reason Pizza Hut isn’t as popular as they once were. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!

Said 20 minutes ti pick up. Waited 25 minutes then went in. Said at least another hour hadn't Evan started. Canceled order. Then had to start over for dinner plans. Haven't checked for my refund. Either way probably won't be back.

This is not specific to this location, this PH location is actually pretty good in my experience. Pizza Hut Corporate: You've got to fix your website. Credit Card payment processing was down AGAIN today. Had to download and order from the app using the exact same credit card your website was saying was invalid. This is the 3rd or 4th time in as many months, not to mention a few other site issues over the last 6 months with logins, ordering, etc. Not every customer wants to have 312 apps on their phone just to make simple food orders. Respectfully, your food isn't good enough to keep dealing with this hassle and waste of time. There are just too many other reliable options these days. PH South: Keep up the great work - team has really improved over the last 6-12 months. Much appreciated.

This is THE BEST pizza place in Blue Springs!! I have been coming here for years. Pizza is made well EVERY TIME. They get the order right EVERY TIME. Most importantly, they are so friendly and pleasant every time I come in. You guys are awesome!
