I ordered one pizza online and they charged me for two they did deliver to but I only ordered one and they would not refund my money I will never order from this Pizza Hut again if I was starving very bad managers bad customer service they just took my money

I tried placing an order for their Chicken Alfredo two hours before they close, and they said they said they couldn’t. They would not explain why. At least an explanation would have been appreciated. Will not be coming back here

If it was possible to give 1 star I would! This place is a joke. I ordered a pizza they call me and tell me they don't have the crust I ordered ok cool. Then they tell me oh we don't have delivery drivers either so door dash will delivery. I ask how much longer that will take and they say oh only 5-10 min. The whole time the guy is telling me all this he is goofing and laughing g whole on the phone with me. Ok no problem. I then get a text saying I have to have 10.59 in cash only to pay Doordash. I call them back and ask why that is, the girl on the phone speaks to her manager and says don't worry about it we never heard of that before. 1 hr goes by still no pizza. I call back and the girl tells me my order is still sitting there waiting on Doordash to pick it up. I ask what the problem is and was greeted with nothibg but rudeness. I told them to refund my money and cancel the order. The girl was extremely rude. If you don't have delivery drivers why offer delivery? If you don't have the crust why take an order for it? I woke up to a text saying my order was delivered at 2:15am but it wasnt. I better have a refund back on my card.

He is a sincere individual and he should be the poster boy for Pizza Hut in this area I'm the kind of person that says I wouldn't even care if the pizza and the chicken alfredo that I ordered was substandard, which I know that it won't be, but I would order just because of the customer service that Jeff provided. Kudos to you.

Overpriced and a doughy disaster, missing some of the toppings! Should have known when it took about 10 from the time the pizza was showing as cooking on the tracker, to out for delivery, was only 10 min for a hand-tossed pizza!Tried to call them, but there was no answer.Two stars because my husband said his was "okay."
