I've been a long time customer here because my husband likes the stuffed crust but we will not be ordering here again. We ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and 16 wings with 2 dipping sauces. After waiting 20 minutes past my estimated time, the staff attempted to hand us a personal pan pizza with chicken on it and nothing more than the sorry excuse that they ran out of stuff. No apology, nothing but rudeness from the staff. We asked for a refund and left empty handed. My refund never came and when I called to get it fixed, again I was met with rudeness and the information that I could call when the manager would be at the store between a 4 hour window. I called during that time frame and the manager was very short with me and acted like a refund would be inconvenient and she could credit my rewards account for an amount less than I paid instead. I requested the refund for the full amount even though it would take longer. She told me no problem and quickly hung up the phone without another word. Never once have I received any kind of apology for anything. The staff only know how to be rude. Very disappointing.
