As far as im concerned. They are never open when you need them to. Their hours are never posted so you dont know when to get food. And when you come in and they are closed. You are told that since only one person is working they are on break but they are closed for hours during the day. Not only that. But when they are open. They never have food ready. They are pizza hut and they usually only have pretzels ready. They will tell you it will take 45 minutes or so to make anything else. Bad experience and overall bad service.

Yesterday My daughter ordered one pizza and buffalo wings online at 11:30. The time of delivery was supposed to be 50 to 60 minutes. An hour and a half went by and nothing. She called and they told her, her order was on its way. Another 15 minutes goes by (we were at woods chapel and 40hwy btw)so I call. The girl on the phone starts getting smart with me so I got a little more heated than I should of. I was hung up on which I don’t blame her. I was told though that it was on
