Come in on Mondays and have Eve take care of you... For the best servers they've ever had.
Pizza is always top notch. They don't skimp on the toppings.... And the crust is to die for, it is a real pizza crust and warms up great. If you don't finish it, take it home for later.

Pretty good pizza! Heavy sauce and toppings. Pink Sauce and Ranch are amazing.

The manager, (Adam I think), great dude! I had the calzone, it was amazing; nice little place. Imagine CiCi's pizza, only good.

Pizza Shoppe has been and is one of my favorite pizzas for several years, but the service at this location on weekends is subpar.

They have issues in their kitchen with managing orders. Last night, saw about 4 guys in the kitchen making pizzas, but don't believe they're organized in the order they make them. People came in after us and we're getting their pizzas before we received ours, but we did get ours about 40 minutes after ordering. My pizza was fresh but my friend's had clearly been sitting for a while before being brought out. I told them they should say something but we had a commitment to get to so they brushed it off. They also had a coupon for buy a king size pizza get a queen for free. The coupon didn't mention some restaurants didn't honor this coupon. They were told this location will give a one topping prince pizza when ordering a king. They also charge over $1 for a small cup of extra Pink Stuff. That seemed a little petty when the salad was super light on the dressing in the first place.

Couple next to us finally left after waiting over an hour for their pizza to come out and being told 2x their pizzas were in the oven which they were not. Sadly, that was their first time there and said they will not be back. The restaurant looked to only have six tables filled but did have a party in the back. We should be told ahead of time if service/food is going to be behind/super slow.

I normally wouldn't post one experience but this wasn't the first time. Similar issues about six weeks ago when a couple buddies and I came in to order pizzas to go so we could take them somewhere for a small get together. Again, getting the pizzas was super slow over 45 minutes at 5:30p on a Friday evening. When the pizzas came out, mine were missing. We went on to wait another 30+ minutes for mine to come out. When my friends asked if they would get fresh pizzas since theirs were now cold, they were told no nor were they offered anything for the mess up. My friends will not go back as a result of that experience.

That's 3 couples they have lost as customers in just my last two times going. With the slow times to get a pizza, makes it difficult for me to justify going back other than they are good pizzas. Hopefully the service can get straightened out before more business is lost.

Burnt everyones food. This was on Saturday and I heard several people say the pizza was burnt. One lady said take it back I don't want it. No one contacted me about the review

The server was very good. The food was good. The lady in charge? Came across as rude and condescending. It's unfortunate that one person's rudeness can ruin the whole experience. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I grew up with Pizza Shoppe in Olathe, and the one in Blue Springs is just as good. Order a salad with your pizza, or whatever, and ask for the pink stuff. It doesn't disappoint! I totally love this place!

Food was amazing. Homemade crust. Homemade sauce. Wine by the bottle. Mouth wanted bigger pizza. Glad we only ordered the Prince Margarita, added pepperoni.

Tonight’s dining experience was incredibly disappointing. We ordered a jalapeño popper pizza, but it was so salty it was inedible. I took a couple of bites, thinking maybe it was just me, but my daughter agreed it was overwhelming. My husband didn't notice until I offered him a bite of my slice, but by then he had already finished his.

When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she took it to the owner. When she returned she told us the owner had tasted our pizza and it was fine. She claimed the recipe hadn't changed. She asked if we wanted another, but we didn't have time to wait.

The owner mentioned they switched bacon brands, but I could tell the crust was different also, and there was an excessive amount of black pepper that I didn’t remember from our previous visit. It felt wrong that they tasted our food and then served it back to us. We asked for a refund and the owner refused. She charged us full price! We are repeat customers and we ordered more than the pizza it’s not like we were trying to get a free meal. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. We ended up paying $50 for 3 sodas and 2 tiny salads because I would rather lose money than to eat that amount of salt! That should tell you right there if we were willing to leave it behind while even paying full price that it was garbage. Now from the other reviews I read we are not the only ones who have received poor customer service from the owner.

Greeted rudely by the woman at the register before being seated. Great place to eat if you want to fend off an army of flies from your mediocre and overpriced pizza. There are much better options in Blue Springs.

The pizza is fantastic! A lot of toppings and the crust is delicious.

Placed an order for delivery. Had to go pick it up. Spaghetti had absolutely no sauce. Missing the 3 meatballs. Didn’t get the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it. It had burnt noodles. Absolutely disgusting

This was one of my favorite pizza spots to support, especially since it's women owned! Good pizza and good atmosphere but owner should stay home or in the back making the pizzas. Not friendly at all, never smiles, not nice (rude describes her better) to her customers!?!?
