First time trying this restraunt Renewed my AARP card this morning and checked my city for restaurant deals, and Pizza Shoppe is on there, this location in Blue Springs, buy a King pizza and get a Queen for free. I even added extra items because we were getting a $18.99 pizza for free, so I wanted to enlarge the meal. BTW owner, you gave me the Merchant Copy when you gave me the receipt! I mentioned the coupon over the phone when I placed the order, and at the counter to pay as she helped a customer who butted in front of me, holding a small human being and a wad of cash, but I was patient. If I could rate a zero for service I would. I mentioned the coupon when paying and she said she hadn't even heard of it. I told her it was on AARP, she told me that she hadn't authorized these. Being an owner of an establishment like this, you would think that an owner of the proprietorship would know what was out there for their business. Let me say, whenever you try a new service or restaurant for the first time, and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, these first impressions stick with you. We will not be patrons of your establishment again.

Ordered pizza Saturday night and had leftovers for the next day and it doesn’t taste right. Almost taste like it’s molding, I don’t feel well and almost feel sick. (I’m allergic to mold). Never ordering from this place

First time I ever had there pizza. I can’t put my finger on what frozen pizza it tastes like but as soon as my wife and I ate the first piece we both thought the same thing. Honestly very expensive for pizza that immediately reminded me of frozen pizza. The crust even seemed not right and really processed flavor. I’m not sure if I would ever order it again unless I heard they changed the products they use. For the price you can get Vito’s, Minskys, Fun House, or even the new The Pizza Place in Blue Springs, and personally I think tastes way better.I don’t think this is bad pizza but for the price and the immediate thought of frozen pizza while I’m eating it makes it not worth it

this was at the Blue Springs pizza shop location. Pizza was fine. Just normal pizza shop pizza. The chicken Alfredo was not good, but they charge us for it anyway. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant I was having my son's birthday party and had about 15 people there. The owner lady acted so arrogant and rude to us. It was ridiculous she would not allow us to light to candles. !! on the birthday cake 2. She said she thought her sprinkler system would go off. I tried to be very polite to let her know how ridiculous that is. She was super rude and told me her insurance company wouldn't allow candles. Anyway, we won't be going back there.

Just a corporate business leaching off of a small main street. Many tragic points of service, i think the john wayne decorations are comical.
The pizza is great, but very expensive. Given that, the lady taking my take out order had a terrible attitude. If you pay a fortune for a meal the customer service should be impeccable. We are doing them a favor as patrons, not the opposite. A smile and good attitude aren't hard to do.

Great pizza and salads, always a family favorite for us! Make sure you look at their website, there are always deals and coupons. My favorite coupon is the free 1 topping queen with the purchase of a king size specialty.

Kansas City style pizza is unique. The Butcher Block King is great. The staff are laid-back and friendly. Great service each time. To-go is quick. Great location with fun local art and fun neighbors.

Me and my fiance ordered some personal pizzas here and a side of mushroom fries and the total came out to 50 dollars!!! These pizzas were probably the size of a ipad mini and my 3 year old couldve ate one by himself. Barely bigger than those frozen microwave pizza you get at walmart. Do not order here. The pizzas are extremely tiny and for the price, I'd rather save money and get a extra large pizza with wings and a drink from pizza hut and get my money's worth. This economy is trash and this place has a lot of nerve to charge more than mainstream pizza joints. Outrageous. Also the pizza was pretty mediocre. This is not Kansas city pizza by any measure.
