We got 2 ramen bowls and a kids bowl and 2 drinks (one boba drink and one fountain drink) and a water (free) and it was just short of $50!!! $50... For ramen noodles.

My boyfriend & I went here because he is such a Ramen connoisseur. We wanted to try somewhere we've never been. When we went inside we definitely had no idea what we were doing. The sweetest employee helped us out and explained the process of how to order our food. Informing us it was all done over a touch screen iPad. It gave us instructions, pictures of the food and the price. Everything was "build your own" which we really enjoyed. We finished checking out on the iPad, typed in our table number and sat wherever we wanted. About 10 minutes after we sat the cutest little robot brought us our food!! It's definitely such an experience. I encourage everyone to try this Ramen house!Vegetarian options: Everything is self created. You can opt to vegetarian options by your own.Parking: It's a strip center. This place sucks so much. Overpriced, quality is mediocre at the very best, they charged my card twice and when I sat down I noticed the receipt said for them not to complete my order since I made a “partial” payment although I paid DOUBLE, it took over 10 minutes AFTER we got our spicy food to even get the teas, and I ordered 2 eggs to go in my daughter’s ramen and there was only one. Last, my daughter’s tea came out but I had to wait another 5 min for mine. Horrendous

We came in an hour before they closed. They refused to serve in the dining room and said it us take out only. Apparently establishment hours are not relevant. My kids like the robot server, which we obviously can't see for to go order.Kid-friendliness: My kids were so disappointed they refused to seat us an hour before close and we didn't see the robot.

I cannot believe I haven't written a review for this place yet! So delicious and filling and flavorful. One bowl will be all you need, for sure! You can customize it however you want, and a fun little robot will bring it to you at your table. Very chill atmosphere and the employees did a few checks to make sure we were happy and good. Love the ramen, love the tea - I just need to see if I can fit in a few appetizers the next time I visit!

If you have had good Ramen then this place will not hit the ramen itch. Staff offers zero help to newcomers. I ordered a create your own Ramen bowl. Fish cakes, corn, spring Onion, pork belly, Tonkotsu broth, and wavy noodles. (Mild) Got my bowl from the cute robot lady and dug in. I was immediately disappointed. Broth was so salty and had very little flavor. Pork belly had so much gristle and the spices they added to flavor the pork fought with the flavor of the broth. Not to mention, I got a nice dose of chili oil even though I said mild. I also ordered a lychee milk tea. Never have I ever gotten a lychee milk tea that was brown. They have always been white. Regardless of color, I took a nice sip of it and instantly regretted it. It was so sickening sweet that it could have given me diabetes if I didn't already have it. I will pass on returning here. Ever.Dietary restrictions: They do not have a way to accommodate without cross contamination.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible.

Very disappointed. The food was cold as well as the shop. Moved around to several spots to avoid the cold. I only had 3 items ordered but waited 15 mins to get food. Even than, an order was missed. Only 2 other parties were here. This may be the last time I come in.
