In response to one of the reviews where the manager or owner, whatever he was said, we walked out on our tab and that we were very loud that is totally untrue. Every tab was paid and we were not loud however, yes, my brother was boisterous a little in stating the fact that he was rude to him about not wanting to refund his money. The fact that the truth was being told so now you’re gonna tell Lies and say that we walked out on our tab. Well, I can honestly tell you I was there and it was did not happen! Not to mention if you don’t want to give people a refund or their change back, you should post a sign that says no refunds or change and be sure to put the price of each game because there’s no sign whatsoever. What business doesn’t post that type of thing? And expect their customers to know and who wouldn’t get upset when you say you’re not gonna give them $18 back that they didn’t use? But other than that, the waitress was very nice.. and the food was pretty good!

I won't ever go back. They over charged me. The total was different from when they charged me inside. And the darts don't even have signs on em saying they don't give change back and it don't even say how much a game even is . Then the general manager wanted to be an ass and told us we could leave and told us we should of known . Never go there it's over charging everybody .and we asked how much a bucket was and they gave us 4 different answers . And on my bank statement it clearly shows something else .don't go there.

Absolutely love the owner bill and his staff couldn't ask for a better establishment to hang out with friends and family and shoot some pool and if you are into it they even host dart leagues poker leagues and of course washer tossing leagues

Went to shoot pool 12-14-2024. Took the table right behind the counter all the waitresses used because I figured we would be seen and served. Out of every single waitress that night, 6 of them were there literally, not a single one of them spoke and checked on us even though we were only 3 feet away from them and made eye contact with every single one of them. So, I decided to go to the bar after 30mins because the last time i went up to a waitress there and asked for help, they caused a scene that i approached them and gave such attitude. We were then kicked off of our table by a waitress because it was reserved even though we were on that table for 1hr and nothing was said to us. Instead of helping us find a new table, we move to a different table that hadn't been in use the entire time to get kicked off because it was reserved. Moved to a new table, luckily it wasn't reserved at this point one of the waitresses had finally talked to us but it was only to kick us off the table and we were never checked on the entire time we were there 3hrs. It's apparent the waitresses have favorites because I see them talking to the same people the entire night and checking on them while everyone else is a second thought. Will only be going to the bar for now on after this experience.

Went to play on 12/14/2024. No server came up to take an order or tell us the table we were playing on was reserved until the party showed up. Then went to another table only to find that was reserved too but told by the party, not staff. Not once did a server offer to take an order from us. Tables need to have some sort indication they are reserved, even a printed piece of paper on the table would have gone a long way.
