FIVE STARS! Simply frosted is by far the best baked goods you will ever have. I recently have found out that I was allergic to gluten and they were able to make our wedding cake 100% gluten free!! We also had individual cupcakes and cookies made for guests! They came and sat everything up for us. It was hassle free! Everything was amazing and tasted even better. Definitely will continue to use simply frosted! Thank you!!

I buy Simply Frosted cupcakes for every one of my 4 kids birthdays. I usually buy an assortment however my daughter told me the day before her Birthday that she wanted red velvet cupcakes. I reached out to staff at Simply Frosted and they were so accommodating! They were able to get me the amount I needed. The Cupcakes were excellent! We also tried the watermelon. Moist and flavorful! Thank you so much for all your help!

we've been buying cupcakes from this place for years for special occasions. we've seen ownership change before, but quality still remained top tier. I don't know what happened with this most recent change in ownership, but I can't in good conscience recommend this place anymore.
my best friend tried to do something nice and treat me for my book release. the shop had maybe 4 or 5 different types rather than the dozen or so we come to expect. the refrigerated case was nearly empty (and broken, I noticed). we didn't recognize the person this time but didn't think much of it. however. we definitely should have.
our cupcakes are hard, dense, and overbaked. they're much smaller than usual. they are not worth the price at all anymore. my "birthday cake" one, pictured, was alleged by the new orange to be a mashup of the cake batter that I'd come in looking for and the birthday/wedding cake, as she said she was "trying new things." there's no cake batter in this at all. I feel misled.
I was really looking forward to these cupcakes, but the only one that was moderately edible was the lemon, and that's only because of the grace of the lemon curd's tartness.

I have been coming to this bakery for 4 years and have always loved the cupcake selection and quality of them. I never write reviews but I am so disappointed in what I bought I need to. The cupcakes are half the size they used to be and the frosting doesn’t even cover the whole cupcake. The cupcakes were dry and only 5 kinds were on display. There used to be all the options listed on the website. At $5 a cupcake, not worth it. I think everyone who commented it’s under new ownership and it’s not what it used to be is correct. The lady working was really nice and service was good but I will not be going back based on the cupcakes.

Simply Frosted is definitely under new management. I've been a customer for a decade. Even with changes in ownership and recipes, the quality has always been good. That has changed. The selection, quality, and pricing will leave former customers disappointed. The only cookies they had were 4th of July cookies. Today is July 26. The people inside were nice, but the product is not worth returning for.

Really wanted to love this place. Stopped in unexpectedly at 10 am on a Thursday. I don’t really know what the hours of operation were supposed to be. Nothing in the display cases yet. Waited for the cupcakes to be frosted. The quality just didn’t match the price. One dozen cupcakes plus 15% tip came to total of 75$. I took them to work and was waiting for someone to say “this is the best cupcake ever”…. Unfortunately consensus was that they were good, not great. I did really love the buttercream frosting. Picture to include what was left at the end of the day.
