Absolutely horrible service! Waited 10 minutes at the drive through. No response. Finally drove off. Not the 1st time. Management/Owner needs to fix this problem.

i’ve worked at this location before, a year and a half combined. and i can say, from when i’ve worked here to now. this place has done a complete 180. we would never be allowed to let customers sit as long as they do now for a simple drink order, be rude, dismissive. management has quit caring about this location and it’s a complete shame, you can’t blame the workers when they don’t have anyone who can give them support.

Took my food home, tried to at least but whoever packed my food did it weird so when I took my first left turn it sent tots across my floorboard and seats, then when I tried to set my shake on my car to clean it all up, the shake fell all over me. But hey, I got to enjoy my burger from a $17 order...if that's even a bonus at all

I have the double smash burger and it was delicious. We hadn't been to the Sonic before but we will come back The employees were really friendly everything good!
It's a real shame when you drive up to get a couple of shakes. On top of this being supposedly a deluxe shake, I also ordered a brownie bite shake with extra brownies. Last time they barely added any brownies in it and was mostly just vanilla ice cream. So this time I made sure I asked for extra brownies. Wait almost 10 minutes to get to the window even though there were only two cars ahead of me. All good.
I get up to the window and the lady passes my shakes and noticed there was no extra brownies even though I asked for them. I asked if I could get extra brownies and she obliged. Came back with a small container with maybe a spoonful of brownie mix like it was some rare commodity. I asked if I could get a little more, to which she replied "it cost extra though" I said I requested it in my initial order. I reached out with my card to happily pay for it and she just stared at me for a second refused my card and went to fill the container. She returned and asked, "Is that good enough for you?" I said yes and drove off. It's not the transaction but the way she handled it. You would have thought I asked to borrow her car or something.
I should just stop going to this location because it's a disappointment every time. Shake also looks nothing like what's advertised. 13 bucks for pretty much two basic shakes.

They are always understaffed and very slow. Going for a simple drink takes 10-15 minutes, and they never make it correctly. Have gone on different days of the week about 5 times in the past and always the same experience. It's just not worth going anymore.

This is the best sonic in Blue Springs! The service is always spectacular, the food fresh, and the timing is quick!
Today I had Joetta at the window and she was so sweet and lovely.

My kids love sonic, but every time I go to this location they get my app order wrong and don’t include extras I paid for. $1.00 for bacon on kids burger and no bacon. 50 cents for nerds in slushy and no nerds. Several times I have upset kids because they don’t include the toy in the kids meal. Will be going to the 7hwy location from now on. Very disappointing

Until tonight I hadn’t had great service the past few months but tonight changed that. I came to the drive thru at around 10pm and waited a short while until my order was taken. The worker was a really sweet bearded guy probably in his 20-30’s. He was so apologetic for the wait and he offered to give me some groovy sauce and a drink for the inconvenience. I had all night to wait but he was such a breath of fresh air. It’s not everyday that you get great service in the fast food industry but I am very satisfied by my visit tonight. Hope this guy gets a raise because it is well deserved! ?
