Made a mobile order and pulled in the spot to confirm we were there for pickup. My order said it would only take about 5 minutes.. ended up taking around 20. I’m pretty patient so no big deal… when the lady came to drop off my food she was unbelievably pleasant and upbeat and kind and I asked her if she was the only one working and she said yes.. i was shocked. Sure the food took longer than the app quoted but the fact she was running the show alone and my food was PIPING...

Until tonight I hadn’t had great service the past few months but tonight changed that. I came to the drive thru at around 10pm and waited a short while until my order was taken. The worker was a really sweet bearded guy probably in his 20-30’s. He was so apologetic for the wait and he offered to give me some groovy sauce and a drink for the inconvenience. I had all night to wait but he was such a breath of fresh air. It’s not everyday that you get great service in the fast...
