The worst food ever!! Waited 35min for 2 drinks 1 burger and 2 small fries like what?! Gave them the benefit but when we got our food wow did you leave the Fries for 8 hrs before serving. Is there only 1 person working it's sad. This location is horrible.

This Sonic has been unresponsive twice 7 months apart. We pull up to the drive through and wait to hear order when you’re ready. After several minutes we initiate and say ‘hello?’. Still nothing. Then even after pulling up to the drive through window and knocking nobody came.

Waited over an hour for my delivery and my order was cancelled due to them being "too busy" for my order after already accepting it. Thanks for ruining my damn night!

The only thing good is the drinks and usually the ice cream. The footlong coneys are okay but the buns are always stale. The tots are always way overcooked. The chicken sandwich had barely any flavor. Service is usually okay but sometimes horrible.

We had ordered a small Reese’s blast with extra Reese’s and a cherry limeade. When we pulled up the worker was on his phone, didn’t take out money or anything. We were in the drive thru for about 8 minutes. After waiting I got charged for a medium Reese’s blast, but turned out to be Oreo, and also only had Oreo on the top. None in the middle or anything. The cherry limeade was right. Don’t recommend this location

A coworker and I do Friday slushy’s. We switch off on who pays and get pretty much the same thing every time. At our last visit, I took my receipt and later was checking my account and they had actually charged me after I left for more than the amount on my receipt. I went and looked at my past sonic charges and realize they did the same thing to me last visit. I called corporate over a week ago, and they have yet to call me back. I had to call the actual location and I physically have to go there to get a refund, but I have to have the receipts. I have one of the receipts but not the other. This is completely ridiculous, they didn’t steal huge amounts but they did steal from me which is unacceptable. Be very careful and always get your receipts when you go to this location.

Absolutely disgusting and not edible…soaked in grease and chili cheese fries? Is that even what this is? Do not waste your money or time. Sonic in Grain Valley is 5 star and worth driving to.

This is one of the worst places I've ever had to order from. Used the mobile app and ordered 3 cherry limeades and it took over 30 minutes just to get my drinks. I pushed the button at the stall and they told me one moment please then never got back on. This place is a joke. I'll never come back here again...

Sat at the drive through for about 10 minutes. No one at the talk box. We pulled in and pressed a button in a bay. Immediately got our order taken. Then waited an hour for our food. Finally we pressed the button again, and a sweet young lady came out and asked if we were still waiting. She politely brought us our food. Cold and hard. It’s not her fault. She said there was only two people there. Being understaffed I understand. Sounds like poor management/ ownership. No tokens, or refunds offered. Just cold food. And a hungry stomach. I operate a local buisness. It’s incredible to see a chain location taken care of soo poorly. I hope they reach out and offer to make it right.
