So normally Sonic in general has been slow and left me disappointed. However I had a situation tonight where customer service and professionalism pretty much erased all of that. Joseph and the rest of the crew working tonight were fast, and above all extraordinarily nice and professional. One positive experience can certainly shift perspectives.
Food was decent. Burgers & chicken was warm but tots were cold. The employee at the drive-thru window had zero personality, halfway rude when collecting payment and when handing us our food.
I got to admit one of the things I love about Sonic is there Texas toast and I had for bacon egg and cheese toaster totaling $30 and it was all burnt they totally dropped the ball it tasted horrible man I love the Sonic to I don't know what to do I don't know if I should go back and complain or what but $30 for breakfast to get it all have it all burnt was really bad. I saved the sandwich to take back but I think it got tossed out in the garbage the next day so I guess...
