On line order. They only had one woman to bring the orders out, she was completely overwhelmed. 5 minutes driving there,15 minutes waiting in my car, then I walked in and got my order. Which was not yet on the woman's tray to be brought out.
Sonic now sells charros, so I got sugar-cinnamon flavored onion rings. Very weird, not actually all that good. Someone needs to get the deep fryers under better control.
This place needs a management tune up.
Vegetarian options: Fry's and onion rings, that's about it. Both breaded and deep fried, not a particularly healthy option.
Kid-friendliness: Kids stay in the car, eat in the car, mess up the car.
Wheelchair accessibility: You never leave your car, so I guess ok.

Have always had issues with this sonic and it keeps getting worse. Recently I had a really simple order that I made before work. I pulled into the parking lot and there was only 2 other cars there. I checked in on the app, then proceeded to wait and be ignored by every employee for the next 45 minutes until I finally got someone's attention to ask where my food is, then someone grabs the bag and drinks off the counter where it had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. Ran it out, didn't apologize for the wait or anything. My limeade cup was cracked and spilled all over the place and they didn't even give me all my food.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO TO THIS SONIC. Worst fast food experience ever. I tried to get a refund online and all they offered was a free large limeade.

If I could give zero stars I would! I went through the drive through assuming it would be a great meal because it usually is. They didn’t respond at all. I drove to the window to see if they were open. They said they were and could take my order. I quickly order and just as quick they handed me a drink and shortly after a bag. The burger was edible but not hot and the fries were cold and hard. The diet cherry limeade was just cherry juice and water! I have never been to a Sonic with service this disgusting! I worry now that I ate someone’s old food it was that old and bad! Just a warning to those who really like Sonic this one likes to cut corners!

This location is such a disappointment and should NOT be like this in our city. Who is the owner? I see them always on here apologizing but nothing ever changes at this location. My husband and I placed an order on the app which was very simple and customized, and Customized ONLY because I cannot have ketchup it makes me very ill. Two sonic cheeseburgers , one with NO ketchup, two blood orange cream slushes and an order of crinkle cut fries. We waited 15 minutes and drove to this location which now has designated mobile order spots with no call button. We sign in the app that we have arrived and wait 4 minutes.... then wait another 6 minutes....then wait even longer....There is no one in the drive thru and no one waiting for food except us. After another 4 minutes someone pulls in and orders drinks in a regular spot and she brings them right out. By this time I am like what is going on we placed this order almost 30 minutes ago and have been waiting 14 min here. As she was walking back in my husband called her over and asked if she knew how much longer it would be and explained to her we ONLY want fresh food because we have waited so long. She seemed very frustrated and said she would be back. 6 minutes later she comes out with two burgers, both with ketchup, no fries at all and 4 cream slashes. Our burgers looked like black hockey pucks and were not fresh and we immediately sent them back only for them to send the same burgers back out with ketchup wiped off, our fries were cold and gross and she said they were fresh and we asked her what she wanted us to do with the extra drinks and she said throw them away I guess. We literally got out of the car and threw it all in the trash can infront of her. It looked disgusting, smelled disgusting and it was a waist of our money. The customer here is HORRIBLE and the staff looks like they rolled out of bed and showed up. No hair nets, dirty clothes just really gross. After all the negative reviews we should have known better but we wanted to give them another chance....We definitely learned our lesson this time.
