Asked for a decaf coffee was denied service at 5:51pm

Sent my husband to grab me a frap and he brings me a poor excuse for a drink. In his defense, he didn't know what he was ordering or what to expect. He just ordered what I asked him to order. He ordered a venti mocha frap add pistachio syrup. He comes home with a small cup of cold brown liquid with whip cream on top. We don't live close enough to run back over. Save your money and don't go to this Starbucks. I have never been to this location before and they obviously need new management. They have several bad reviews.

No HOT here! Think you’re order hot, think again. After even a hefty tip, bringing the lukewarm coffees to their attention, they shrug their shoulders saying they could remake, yet will be the same. I should have no left this store without a FULL REFUND. Save you $$, or ask for ice, the only way you’ll find satisfaction, better to keep on goin. Oh and no banana nut bread here, out!

Always get service with a smile and my order is prepared correctly!

Parking: There are only about 7 or so parking spaces dedicated to Starbucks so I mainly use the drive thru.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. I have tried multiple times and this past time will be my last. The drinks are absolutely horrible. Lids are never placed on all the way. Clumps of grinds or something in mine this morning. The service is terrible, they act like they have no training or any idea how to make the drinks or even what they are supposed to do. They need training or find better employees who actually care.

There was a young girl with brown hair that was incredibly rude and lacked any customer service skills. Not sure how someone like that has a job in customer service at a coffee shop nonetheless.

Got there 40 minutes before closing and the girl working there already had thrown out all the coffee base in preparation for closing. The only drinks she would make were fruit based. That seems very early to throw out the main ingredient fir 95%of all the drinks on your menu 40 or 45 minutes before close.
