Delicious and Fresh. I got a Boss on Italian Herb and Cheese bread and it was AMAZING. I devoured it. There were only two people working there but the one who took our orders and served us was extremely respectful. My friend and I were the only ones there at the time but it was very nice and clean.

Went through the drive thru to order a sandwich. The touch screen at the drive thru was not working properly. I pulled up to the window and waited, and the large lady with no name tag immediately had an attitude with me when she opened the window. When I told her I couldn’t do it at the screen because it wasn’t working, she started talking about how I did it wrong and that I didn’t submit my order. Idk what’s wrong with this lady but she just couldn’t comprehend that IT WAS NOT WORKING correctly. Horrible customer service, will not be back.

Sat for 20 minutes at drive thru before anyone came to the window.
Walked in and stood under the express pick up sign for almost 10 minutes without a word said to me. I was the only person there for half of that. Then 3 more people walked in and the two behind the counter just kept their heads down making sandwiches. Older lady finally asked, name? And placed my sandwiches on the counter and turned and walked away.

This is been more than one time that I attend this location and every time I’ve come in the manager has been rude. Today she was so condescending I was not aware. It was the manager until I learned afterwards when I asked for who the manager was because she asked why and I said because of how rude you’ve been every time I’ve been in and today was no exception all I ordered was an ultimate BMT. She asked me what sandwich I wanted. I said Italian BMT basically kind of like the ultimate that you guys have listed without the vinaigrette bread and I think What I was saying and from there, it was giving me attitude started yelling at me because I asked for a customer service number and when you call it just hangs up she started yell at me and yelled at her back and said I’m here Never been rude she started yelling in my face and started mocking me and said that I was being recorded with the audio and said that I was saying Wasn’t making sense. I also said that I proceeded to call the cops because she continue to get really agitated and yelling in my face. I do not recommend this location as the manager has a piss poor attitude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. She looks miserable every time, but always has something to say .
And you know the crazy thing is you should see the reviews on yelp even recently on there she was so nasty towards another customer.

My online order was delivered on time. I chose curbside delivery. My footlong was the largest I've ever seen. Fabulous sandwich and very polite young man delivered it to my car. This is my first online order and won't be the last at this location!

Placed an online order that got canceled on my way in. Once I got there, they told me that a lot of their menu changed and the item I ordered was no longer available, which explained why it was canceled. I ordered there, and while it cost about 6 dollars more because there were no discounts and I couldn't use my reward points, it was still a good sandwich. I'll go back, but hopefully their website will be updated by then.
