I went to this Subway location yesterday (Blue Springs, MO) and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman making our sandwiches was new and clearly struggling, but instead of helping her, the manager (a Caucasian man) stood there making jokes.
Every sandwich was made wrong, and no one stepped in to correct or guide her. I felt bad for the new employee because she was trying, but she had no support from management. For almost $50, it was a waste of money and a disappointing visit.
Good leadership means helping your team and treating customers with respect — neither of which happened here.

I got a beef steak type sandwich and I'm not sure what I was thinking asking Subway to provide me with beef as I live in Kansas City Missouri should have stuck with an Italian or bologna or something it was okay but it was not as good as I felt it should have been for the money

My wife and I got Subway sandwiches yesterday at about 5 pm at the Subway (#24076-0) on south 7 Highway in Blue Springs, MO. One of the guys had long hair; I'm guess about four inches below his shoulders. It was totally unkempt. If he had been the person who made our sandwiches, I would have walked out. I thought it was a law that food handlers had to wear their hair in such a way that it couldn't get in the food. We'll never go into that restaurant again if he is there with his hair like it was yesterday.

Placed a order online tonight.. sent my boyfriend to pick it up, he got there nothing was ready sat for 20-30 minutes the guy kept wanting him to get a different bread cause the bread we ordered was “too hot to touch” then the sandwhiches were made upside down cheese on the bottom instead of top .. we ordered a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies instead of offering to make more they just said they were out and gave us 3 chocolate chip and 1 of each other flavor. Nobody in there seemed to be actually interested in working, someone else came in while my boyfriend was sitting and said they ordered there order when they were about 30 minutes away and their order was also not ready. I very rarely hear good things about this location but have never had issues myself until tonight. Sad staff not sure of there was a manager but from the sounds of it there wasn’t a responsible one if there was.

I haven’t been to this location in years, not since I worked there, but I moved back to the area and stopped here for a bite to eat to-go since I had a coupon. I was greeted immediately by Julie, even whilst helping other customers, and was taken care of right away. She was so awesome, speaking as a former Subway employee myself. Never have I met someone at a Subway store so happy and eager to help customers (I was just a stupid teenager and it was my first job when I worked here lol). Bee checked me out and they were just the sweetest, too. Thank you so much, Julie and Bee!

Close the drive thru, these people are careless and don't listen to your order, tried to order two sandwiches and ended up taking 12 minutes to order just one, and ignored when told that wasn't the full order. Just ended driving off, if you can't take my order right, don't work there.

The drive through team tonight was great! Normally there's a longer wait at this location but they were fast and friendly! I appreciate the good service.

I was mailed a coupon which was denied by this store after they made my order. Subway has now lost my business permanently!
I hope it was worth it. Why would anyone go here when Jimmy Johns is just down the road?

Service is terrible. You dont get Acknowledge everyone is working on online orders or drive-through. I was the only customer in the lobby. I was standing there for over eight minutes. They answered the phone. They answering everyone else and another customer came in. We're both standing there for a long wait. I finally just walked out. I had enough.

They need to just close the drive through. I either wait 5+ minutes to even start giving my order, or they just ignore or forget about you. I've resulted to only going inside. Inside I often have encountered some type of upset customer whether the customer is in the drive through or in the store. Employees have acted fairly unprofessionally towards customers in the drive through when I have been inside.
It's just sad, I used to LOVE subway but almost every location is so poorly managed with employees whose attitudes are so poor that you will either feel the negative energy in the air or see the lack of effort put into your sandwich. Honestly, let me make my own sandwich next time.

I thought I’d give this location one more try after being disappointed so many other times. This place never has enough workers and the ones they have are soooo slow. One guy was throwing things and threatening to quit while the other was sweating and overwhelmed. This store needs to close or get some serious training from the Eastland Subway. I will not do business here anymore.
