The drive through team tonight was great! Normally there's a longer wait at this location but they were fast and friendly! I appreciate the good service.

I was mailed a coupon which was denied by this store after they made my order. Subway has now lost my business permanently!
I hope it was worth it. Why would anyone go here when Jimmy Johns is just down the road?

Service is terrible. You dont get Acknowledge everyone is working on online orders or drive-through. I was the only customer in the lobby. I was standing there for over eight minutes. They answered the phone. They answering everyone else and another customer came in. We're both standing there for a long wait. I finally just walked out. I had enough.

The lady that waited on me was great, didn't have the tuna ready(pretty early) instead of telling me no she got it made up fast

They need to just close the drive through. I either wait 5+ minutes to even start giving my order, or they just ignore or forget about you. I've resulted to only going inside. Inside I often have encountered some type of upset customer whether the customer is in the drive through or in the store. Employees have acted fairly unprofessionally towards customers in the drive through when I have been inside.
It's just sad, I used to LOVE subway but almost every location is so poorly managed with employees whose attitudes are so poor that you will either feel the negative energy in the air or see the lack of effort put into your sandwich. Honestly, let me make my own sandwich next time.

I thought I’d give this location one more try after being disappointed so many other times. This place never has enough workers and the ones they have are soooo slow. One guy was throwing things and threatening to quit while the other was sweating and overwhelmed. This store needs to close or get some serious training from the Eastland Subway. I will not do business here anymore.

I walked in at 9:15 asking for three sandwiches and the folks who helped me were extremely kind. I try to avoid visiting food service places near close, and fully expect employees to be rude. They were far from that and both deserve a raise!To the GM of this location, your closers on May 23rd deserve a raise!!!

Last few times at this location most of the employees are rude seldom acknowledge when you come in if you don’t have a call in order always wait line builds and there may be one person working and two or three hiding around back out of site usually spend between $25.00 to $30.00 dollars but i guess this subway location doesn’t care I have been in a couple of times lately and they have one women if she’s working is excellent and I went a couple of weeks ago and there were two men working and they were excellent working together and I was in and out quickly but normally it’s a long wait minimum wait of 10 to 15 minute wait and there can be one customer or no customers they just ignore people i have walked out and drove off from the drive thru the last was for foot long chocolate chip cookie and I was told it would be over 15 minutes and i was the only one in the drive thru and two cars parked out front like people had went inside this location needs to close or be better managed

Why have menu items if your employees don’t know how to make them??? I would highly recommend training your employees how to make the sandwich’s you have listed on your menu so when someone orders said item they know how to make it.
