I placed my order online about 1130 am. I set the pick up time to 12:00pm because I don't go to lunch until then, which gave them 30 minutes to make my sandwich. When I get there at 12:02 my sandwich hasn't even been made, there's only two customers waiting and one of the employees is in the back messing with a trash bag. So I wait. The employee up front gets done with the first customer and starts waiting on the second and finally when the employee up front is ringing up the second customer the second employee in back finally decides to come up front and ask me if I need help. I told them I had an online order, they asked me my name and I confirmed it. I didn't walk out of the door until 12:25pm. I ordered online at 11:30am and I even gave a tip and this is the kind of service I get. Won't be going back to this Subway. Laziness, bad service and bad management.

Cancelled our delivery order an hour before closing and wouldn’t answer the phone when trying to call to verify the cancellation and get refund. Called for over 30 minutes straight.

Absolutely disappointing get everybody’s orders getting in the car call Subway to place the order all for them to tell me I have to go on the app and they won’t take my order over the phone, but I’m driving my personal opinion. I would rather have somebody take a phone order, rather than try to use the app at the same time they’re driving. I would think this would be a time to try to help each other. It can be a little more flexible when it comes to safety now I won’t bother to go there again. I will find a different sandwich shop .
My sandwich is fantastic. When you click "Get Directions" directly from the Subway app, it sends you about a mile down the road. I know it sounds innocuous and unimportant based on the fact that there are 3 different Subways in the area. However, if you place an order online and end up at the wrong Subway, the store that the consumer has arrived at must now make another sandwich, and the sandwich at the original Subway is wasted. This is a loss of labor and supplies. Create a ticket. Please fix the address on the actual Subway app to protect your profits. Apple and Google maps send you to the right Subway. Your branded app does not.

The only person working there was extremely rude. I left after waiting for 20 minutes for them to finish making online orders and as soon as I left they started helping the next customer in line.

Coupons! If you don't have them you'll likely spend about 50 dollars for 2 footlongs. Look in the weekly sales adds for your subway coupons. With them we got 3 footlongs for about 20. And this location was very clean, nice workers. And not busy at all.

Okay hi my name is Anthony gallucci I come into your store two to three times a month and never had an issue so I try to make this short I also was a general manager for 8 years for USB Corporation and Heartland chicken so I really do know how to run a successful store and keep your customers happy long story short I was in there earlier Sunday afternoon bought a couple sandwiches and you know the prices have gone way up and paid $25.53 for a footlong and a half a sandwich for me and my mother I got home and got tied up on the phone and was trying to eat my sandwich and I had it toasted it came home mom had no problem with hers as always hey now I was on the phone for like 3 hours trying to eat my sandwich with my friend's mother so as soon as I got done I brought the sandwich up there to tell them the lady that was there earlier said oh no I remember you no problem I showed her the sandwiches oh yeah well okay I'll have one of these other guys I'm just making you want no problem she leaves the one guy says well I've call my manager and I said you do what you got to do he's on the phone for like 10 or 15 minutes maybe not I don't know he looked up my order and said well you paid with the card I need your card so I can refund it and then you pay for again I said why didn't bring my wallet it looks at me like wow I said okay that's fine so I go out to my car and he comes out there says also I'll make it for you okay fine he did make it no problem I'm just telling you that $25.53 for sandwich that I could even eat I understand you have policies regulations and procedures but come on now as much as you guys charge I just felt I was due what I paid for so long story short yes I have my sandwich intermediate right now talking to you I just wish you'd review your policies procedures and not put your employees in a bad position they were all very nice to me I'm just telling you so maybe you can figure out how to fix this for the next person have a nice day Subway
Great sandwich, wish they would bring back the deli mustard, yellow mustard at a sandwich shop just won't do. I take it home and add my own. Great customer service at this location over and over. I usually wouldn't tip for counter service, but have been impressed with the employees hard work and good attitude even when they are swamped.

Was having a bad day and my friend took me here to get my favorite cause this is normally my favorite location but not this time. I love pickles on my sandwich and I normally get a large portion on my sandwich and I was told by the cashier the amount she put on there was the amount she was comfortable giving me making me feel shamed for my weight when all it asked was for extra pickles. I think the name on the tag was Meg but I don't remember. I normally love this subway and all who work there but not today, I just wanted extra pickles

I took my friends here after they had a bad day, and my friend asked for extra pickles, and the server was rude and refused to give her extra pickles. Overall a regular subway, but customer service was lacking to say the least. Also the foot longs weren't cut all the way through.
Vegetarian options: You can build your own sandwich so I can assume a vegetarian would be able to customize their sandwich as they please.
