Asked for a salad, which is the equivalent of a 6" sub (about $7.00). I didn't really pay attention to the total when I paid. After getting back to work and eating, I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged $12.50. I called the store, and the manager said she made a protein bowl, not a salad. She refused to refund any money, even though I clearly requested a salad more than once, and I shouldn't have to pay for her employee's mistakes. Very sad customer service.

Great Food, Great Service, Great Employees and it's a Great Location!!Parking: Big, open parking lot. Many spots available and 3 or 4 disabled spots.Kid-friendliness: They have 6, well cleaned and sanitized high-chairs (kids chairs). They have a kids menu and offer more than just soda for the kids drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp, disabled spots, tables with wheelchair access but no automatic door.

The main reason I gave them a two was because they answered the phone after it rang forever. I ordered on line and apparently they are out of cookies and have “no roast-beef made up”. He then told me I had to cancel my order online when I asked him how? He then did something and it cancelled it.. but then in the most rudest clownish voice said “It’s cancelled goodbye” and hung up. So rude and inappropriate.

These workers are straight up dmb. Idk how they can be so slow (literally all around) and still get an order wrong and if I did order what they served up, I'd still be disappointed. Then they won't answer their phone, when they FINALLY do, they will hang up on you. They refused a refund so I have started a chargeback with my credit card company. I hope you got the oil off of your face sheman ? nastiest ppl too, btw, like you DO NOT want them making your food anyway. Gross.Edited to add a pic and say: mistakes happen. Own up to it and make it right with your customers. Y'all also should follow basic hygiene, you're nsty and it's unprofessional. Or, stay in the back of the store so nobody can see you. this is a disgusting location. they really should be shut down. they will get your order wrong and not refund you, causing them to get a chargeback (congratulations, you get a $20 fee added) for the whole order instead of the thing they messed up. after I went in and actually saw the place and the workers, we will never be back. health department should shut this place down ASAP.

Ordered one of the FLBOGO promotions from the app (09/02/23) picked up sandwiches a little early and they were ready and waiting, however there is room for improvement on who ever the sandwich artist was who made them.Black forest ham on whole grain wheat, pepper jack, lettuce and regular mayo.Opened this wrapper up and it looks like the mayo dispenser had explosive diarrhea ! There was so much mayo on that sandwich it soaked thru the wrapper and the brown paper sack. You could read a newspaper thru the oil slick that created on all the wrapping. For a bonus, they gave me hard bread, nice.Seriously, who ever made this went silly crazy on the mayo...what a nasty mess that went everywhere.
