I hadn't had Taco Bell in over a year. I've come to this location three times in the last three weeks and have been reminded each time why I don't go to Taco Bell anymore. My order has been wrong every time, and the chili cheese burritos tasted like they had been overcooked and sitting for a day. I'm done with Taco Bell.

Mens restroom stinks and the floor is sticky. Gross. The food is always hot and tasty. Although, today they left an item out, but once I reported it missing I received a $10 credit. This location is usually top notch. (For a taco bell š¤£) the employees are always nice and I feel like they actually care about producing a quality meal.

Absolute kindest fast food establishment Iāve ever been to. This is the closest Taco Bell to where I live and every single time I come here they are unbelievably nice and my order is always correct. Zero complaints at all.

They can never get your food right. On my last trip when I got home I noticed I was missing 3 items. I went back to the store and let the manager know I was missing 3 items and that everything was stacked on top of the mexican pizza totally squishing it, so I asked for a new one. I did bring the squished mexican pizza back. She informed me she made my order herself and there was no way I was missing anything. She was super rude. I let her know just spent $65, I am not going to lie about missing 3 $2 tacos.

Manager Pablo does not care about customer service at all. Throws up his arms in a donāt care motion and walks away when trying to talk to him about an issue. Also didnāt apologize for the issue and refused to tell me his name. It was a young lady employee that apologized and told me his name. I also had to wait several mins for him to stop scrolling on his phone before he even noticed me. This guy being a manager makes me question the quality of customer service the higher ups in the local Taco Bell corporation believe in.
It took forever to be recognized standing at the counter to place my order.

Did an online order and they left out an order of street chalupas and the order they did give me we're come and hard enough I couldn't bite through them. Tried to call multiple times and never answered the phone. Definitely won't be going back

Maybe my expectations are a little too steep, but I believe that if they mess up your order, you drive all the way home and you have to drive all the way back up there to get the rest of your items. There should be some kind of a inconvenience bonus that they give this location is notorious for messing up your order This time it not only was they didnāt give me all of my order and I had to drive back up to the location, but no receipt and when you go to the drive-through, the employees at the drive-through window are cussing like a sailor where is the customer service ethics anymore? This is really the only Taco Bell location that I go to in the area that is like this I donāt know if that management just really stinks that bad or what the problem is.!!!

Just ordered a chicken cantina bowl. found a very long black hair in my food. It was disgusting and killed my appetite I spent a good 8 bucks on this my hard earned money wanting to treat myself only to have someone's nasty hair in my food. My hair is short and pale brown. not coming to this location again please make your workers wear hair nets because this isn't sanitary.
