Maybe my expectations are a little too steep, but I believe that if they mess up your order, you drive all the way home and you have to drive all the way back up there to get the rest of your items. There should be some kind of a inconvenience bonus that they give this location is notorious for messing up your order This time it not only was they didn’t give me all of my order and I had to drive back up to the location, but no receipt and when you go to the drive-through, the employees at the drive-through window are cussing like a sailor where is the customer service ethics anymore? This is really the only Taco Bell location that I go to in the area that is like this I don’t know if that management just really stinks that bad or what the problem is.!!!

Just ordered a chicken cantina bowl. found a very long black hair in my food. It was disgusting and killed my appetite I spent a good 8 bucks on this my hard earned money wanting to treat myself only to have someone's nasty hair in my food. My hair is short and pale brown. not coming to this location again please make your workers wear hair nets because this isn't sanitary.

Just because you order online for something you can’t order at the store and they are short staffed they won’t let you place a second order. Hard shell beef tacos were good. The bean burrito was questionable. The filling reminded me of some kind of slick paste. Paid for an iced tea but there was a problem with the dispenser and a very nice employee graciously refunded me for that.

Employee's had an amazing and bubbly attitude. We always use a super hero name for our order, rarely gets called out. Not this day, yelled out batman and then started to sing the original batman tune. 10/10 would recommend this TB

The ai is annoying af and takes unnecessary long and always suggests things. Then when I finally get my grilled cheese burrito it's not even made. All the chips on one side and the ride on the other... at least get rid of the stupid robot

Went through the drive thru and the girl came over the speaker and said that if we wanted to talk to a person we could just say that. So my husband said he wanted to talk to a person. She said “or you could go somewhere else.” Super unprofessional. Definitely will not support a place that has window clerks telling customers to go somewhere else.

7 highway taco bell has to be the worst taco bell i’ve ever been too. i asked for a spicy potato soft taco but instead got a salad. this happens every single time and after 10 times im starting to get frustrated.
