There’s a woman named Jasmine if I remember her correctly and she was horrible. She had quite an attitude when talking to me, and just a very disrespectful individual. All in all I do not recommend going if she is going to be there whatsoever.

What happened today was that I was the one who drove my husband to order the drive thru. I couldn't order for him because I don't know about the food. I don't like to eat. He has to order by himself, so the staff may not have heard well when ordering. The staff told me to drive up and order at the window. You can't avoid it. Some days the customers are easy. Some days the customers are not easy. You have to be patient and pay attention.

*The staff here is not good*. I understand that my husband is picky, trying to change some things in the order, but the downside is the staff. An African American woman takes the order.When he orders, you don't write or order on the monitor. Also he still ordering not done yet. How do you make food that is ordered correctly? Hurry up and make it. When we are going to pay, they say no need pay. The order is not complete, tell us to leave. The white man told us that if you want more, come and order inside. Now there is a long line. We explained how to go inside to order. My husband can't walk very well. They don't care about customers. The reason for reviewing is because I feel disappointed. My husband loves eating tacos. Order the same order every time. Have ordered here and other branches without any problems

Nothing says we hate our customers like a sign saying to order on the kiosk and not at the counter. 0 customer service. A good order taker is FAR faster than someone fumbling through the kiosk menus (which are poorly designed) and can get you through the line far faster. More customers through the line = more money in Taco Bell's pocket. It's not that difficult.

Ordered nachos and cheese,got home and it was covered in refried beans. Employees do not care at all about what they do. I should've known better when the drive thru was only empty at Taco Bell. Will never go back,total waste of money!

Placed an online order 10 minutes prior to showing up, and found that even though the app said it was being worked on; It wasnt. Then I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food. Not even because it was busy but because people were on their phones instead of getting my order made. While Im usually cool with relaxing with down time, it was a bad look when the workers on the other side of the table were hauling ass while the others were completely stationary with their phone on. Also I didnt see them change gloves after using their phone.

The 1960s would be ashamed… presentation was honestly better than the taste. The shell tasted like it has been left out for the last 2 days. Maybe next time??

If taco bell can't pay an employee to take your order just close the location! Nobody and I mean nobody wants to struggle through their horrible non-functional screen system. We'll take our business elsewhere.

It's fast food. What can you say. I had chicken cantina tacos on this trip and they were very good.
