Ordered a chalupa had them replace the beef with steak and hands down the most disgusting steak I've ever eaten from Taco Bell. Had a horrible burnt taste to it.

I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before someone took my order with one whole car in the line in front of me. They pulled me around to the front and after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence in the building, then several more to produce the order. Seriously sad state of things. I ordered 12 chicken nuggets (that’s it) which was clearly too much to order at 1:30 p.m. on a weekend, with max 3 other cars in line. I think I could have woven a hairnet, caught a chicken, and done it myself faster, which is what I’ll do next time instead. Silly me for thinking this would go well!

Taco Bell was just okay. The food was pretty good, but the atmosphere felt a bit dull. The floor was soaked with water everywhere in the bathrooms as well, be careful can slip and fall easily. Probably won’t rush back.

It's still or miss with them. If you go lat in the evening in off hours .you will get food that is stale and stuff that's tastes like it's been sitting under a hot lamp all day. I almost wonder if a visit from the inspector is needed. During the day and normal hours it's slightly better .
