Went there at 9:48pm, they didn't repeat order and of course messed up what we asked for. Food we did get was cold. We turned around without leaving parking lot and they shut off the drive thru and ignored us at the window. We sat there for 10 minutes until 10:05pm. Horrible

Windsor drive through last week the food was not fresh so I called the little girl didn't even want to give me her name the manager on duty so I called the next day and a lady answered and said she was Ray which was the general manager and that my name was in the book and I could get my food replaced I go today to get my food replaced and they're not

This was a wonderful visit drive thru got something from both KFC and the bell liked everything the grilled cheese I had steak but you can get chicken or beef burrito and the new chicken nuggets best NUGGETS EVER

Inside is absolutely filthy. You know that greasy sticky feeling of restaurant floors? Now imagine that floor to ceiling throughout the whole place tables and all. The Manager is an absolute joke. The store manager Leah is married to a second manager who also works at this location and the lead under that guy is his brother. There's times there's no supervisor at all and there are two kids at most trying to keep it running alone without supplies. Imagine ordering a bucket of chicken for family dinner, and there's no chicken. People get mad at the kids because they think the kids just don't want to work, but literally, there's nothing to sell and no manager to talk to. The kids working there deserve way more than $10 an hour.
Love this location, the food is always hot, and fresh, and the staff is friendly!

This Taco Bell is horrible. They never get anything. And when they do get things right, the items are made horribly! The owners of this Taco Bell should be embarrassed And lose their franchise rights!
